like the color of pale gold:

Picked up on this from Radio 3 this morning, 29th Jan. Ruby has a voice as rich and characterful as the gem, and her gestures as she sings are part of the compelling humanity in her performance of this lovely song - so elaborately set, but so direct in its appeal.
Well …. that was just extraordinary! It literally moved me to tears. The playing is exquisite and Ms. Hughes voice is stunningly beautiful.
The warmth, intimacy, and fluidity of Ruby are absolutely stunning. I have the CD and even had the privilege of hearing her sing these songs in concert.
