- Concerns are mounting around an escalation of tensions in the Middle East, after Israel reportedly carried out an air strike against Iran.
This is the latest tit-for-tat exchange between the two arch foes, whose decades of shadow war has broken out into the open and threatened to drag the region deeper into conflict.
Meanwhile, oil prices jumped on this morning as reports that Israel had attacked Iran sparked concerns that Middle East oil supply could be disrupted.

Israel have better defence systems, they have nuclear weapons but Iran doesnt have nuclear weapon, they are still trying to build one

The rand to dollar looks crap the oil jumped 3-4%. Economists saying inflation rate cuts might not happen anymore all of these SA issues due to the middle east and lets not forget the 1 july increases awaiting SAns. If these things blows up we gonna be put on a new level of financial torture and SA US relations still being watched and no AGOA means consumers will pay what farmers lose...
