Wow Sir what a beauty. Ive only ever seen one fly past me in Westerham High Street. It is a shame you don't take it to a track for a few laps. Just being careful is the thing. Ive got a RSV4 and I def will take that to my local Brands Hatch circuit.
Mr Richard. Just bought a sedeci due to your video, I watch the video where you haven't rode it for 2 yrs because of you I bought the 08, now my question is what exhaust you have on yours. It's because of your bike I was inspired. 70gs plus tax this bike is now really quite appreciate in price now. Cheers from Oakland can. Thank you. Mike.
@@richardprosser5026 it does have all of it I just didn't think the other exhaust was the one that I need to make that throaty sound. I have everything thank you very much for the head up.
@@richardprosser5026 I might just keep the bike bare no stickers. I bought for investment and ride it around here in there. It's such a great bike compare to my other prior bikes. I've had the 999 but this thing is a whole another level.
BuellRider Hi matey . Put back a bit. Supposedly first batch beg built now. I will be towards the end of the ss run as I ordered it late. Bought a new van instead so gotta start saving again. Should be before Christmas hopefully. Not that I’ll want it now until spring. Nearly 2 year wait
@@richardprosser5026 No worries man, things happen. Even though you did not get the Norton, you still got your Desmo which is exotic within itself. Thanks for sharing.
Do you still have your bike? I brought mine to Germany 3 years ago. It looks like I'll have to buy parts to make it legal here. I was thinking about selling once I got my Desert Sled and my V4 Speciale. That's what I told my wife and I have had it on the market but.... I am thinking about bringing it to our small house in Spain. My decision point is going to be how much the parts are. I'm thinking between 12-19 thousand euros.
Peter Colichidas yeah I still have mine. Not ridden for 4 years and to be honest it starts but won’t tick over. Needs the injectors cleaned. Apparently I didn’t warm the bike up properly before turning off. Yeah it’s the kind of bike that costs thousands if anything goes wrong. Don’t know what parts are like for availability these days.
@@richardprosser5026 My bike is a USA version so when brining to Germany I had to borrow a couple parts to get it registered. I don't have that access anymore as the guy who had the bike, sold it. Ducati Leipzig have been great but they tell me Germany is the toughest country with their auto laws and it's getting tougher! They have been working on a list of the parts but I'm trying to have them find out if it's really worth it to do the work. I've had the bike stored at their shop for a year. I bought the bike about a month before we came to Germany. I'm the 3rd owner. Last owner is a retired race car driver who had a museum (bikes and cars). This bike was a museum piece. He was in the process of getting a divorce, so I think you can guess what happened, it had to go. Heading over to Ducati Leipzig to see if they have any answers yet.....
Bloody good content for the real world Richard especially the price of the insurance scary stuff 10 grand,, but suppose its a limited production bike,, suppose any of the other 40 grand plus bikes would be the same,, how do people insure gt3rs porsche etc 🤔🤔🤔🤔👍👍
Cecil Wilson just getting insurance on my h2 sxSe + . Struggled to get a quote with Carole Nash to begin with but they came back with quite a good quote considering the h2 renewal and 1400 had gone up to 650. So the h2 probably won’t be going out this year. Gotta advertise the zzr as too many bikes
To get to the battery on the desmo is quite simple as long as your careful but no need to take side panels off. Lovely bike.
damn bike number #999 too! yeah 10k a year in insurance is CRAZY

Mike Badua congratulations Mike. You should have 2 exhaust systems that come with the bike along with a spare ecu. It's just the racier one of the 2.
Thank you sir for the quick response. That I Did not get I'll have to go back and grab it. Thank very much rich.
Mike Badua you should hopefully also have the paddock stand, bike cover, battery charger, and sticker kit along with the exhaust and ecu.
