Ingredients:
Flour tortillas 5
Iceberg lettuce 2 cups
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Boiled chicken breast 500 grams
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Bread slices (cubed) 4 slices
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Toast the tortillas. In a bowl, mix the chicken, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper thoroughly. Spread the prepared filling on the tortillas, then add the iceberg lettuce and finally the bread cubes. Roll them up and serve.
Crunch Almond Cookies:
Crunch Almond Cookies
Ingredients:
Butter 1 cup
Flour 2 cups
Almonds (peeled and chopped) 1/2 cup
Icing sugar 2 cups
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine butter, flour, chopped almonds, icing sugar, salt, and vanilla essence to make a crumbly dough. In a buttered ovenproof dish, press 70% of the dough into the base and set it evenly with your hands. Spread the remaining crumbly mixture on top and cut into long bars with a knife. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting into bars.
