Foi assim que eu copiei: fiz o download, aumentei até dar a medida que ela indica no molde, coloquei um papel branco transparente sobre a tela do computador e passei um lápis por cima.

El inconveniente que yo veo es que si se te empañan o ensucian te tienes que quitar todo,las veo incómodas,mientras que si llevas gafas de protección se ajustan más a tus ojos y las pones y quitas cuando quieres.Por lo demás es otra idea a tener encuenta gravias

Beware of filter pockets! Don't get me wrong, this is a great and ingenious mask design, but the added filter most likely reduces the filtration efficiency of the mask as a whole. Air will travel through the path of least resistance. Filter material has higher resistance to air than cotton or other fabrics. If air isn't forced to go through, it won't. The filter is not sealed to the mask, the surfaces without filter are not sealed and the mask is not sealed to the face. This means most of the air will go through the parts of the mask with no filter and the gaps between the mask and the face. In filtration, surface area is one of the most important things. Adding a filter without sealing it reduces the area air will travel through. For a mask to work, filter has to cover the same surface as the rest of the mask and be sealed to it at the edges. I stitch the layers together and then cover them with electrical tape. The electrical tape not only seals the filter to the cotton but also seals the mask to the face, because it sticks to the skin. It gets hot in there and the skin gets wet under the parts covered by electrical tape, but at least I know it's working. No proper respirator is going to be comfortable to wear, I'm afraid. I understand people want a reusable mask with replaceable filters, but I'm afraid filter pockets are not the answer. The mask would probably filter more particles if it didn't have the filter in it.
