Mine continue to boil nonstop. Sent to panasonic they said no problem and ok. Changed the lid rubber as the technicians tested and boiling modes they said ok. Working ok for 2 weeks. Then it just stopped boiling at 60 degrees....
So they fixed the product cycle ard 3 yrs?
