dear brother , Tajima is the best innovative machine brand but with the using name of Tajima , agents are only interested in selling machine if you demand anything they will not give you free anything including suggestions. I cried with tears of blood in the past.
sir , at least you have to upload videos of machine maintenance like, how to set needle point, rotary hook, cam setting, belt tension and also has to think for your existing customers who purchase the Tajima machine with hard earned money, after 7 years we have to scrap the machine or give higher price of parts as per your agents demand in regions, sir I am a huge fan of Tajima but two years ago I sell 2 machines TFGN 930 , cause of not availability of parts in local if I want to reconditioning of machine from agent it will cost me half a price of machine. sir you have to think twice for your valuable customers.😞😞😞
