Training Ruck in Tempe

In preparation for the Star Course and GoRuck Basic events in November, I decided to get in an early morning training ruck through my old stomping grounds, downtown Tempe. A lot has changed so it ended up being kind of a walk down memory lane. Listened to a really powerful podcast featuring the wife of Navy Seal Chad Wilkinson who unfortunately took his own life. Chad is the inspiration for the GoRuck heroes WOD, the Chad 1000x, so naturally I had to stop along the way and knock out some box step ups.
