So much effort and research went into this! I've been searching for Warcraft content with this level of detail FOR YEARS. Please continue doing what only you can do. Don't just cover from a Hearthstone perspective, the audience may not be ideal for this kind of content. This kind of stuff is perfect for those of us that have tried and failed to get into the lore of Warcraft. It's difficult sometimes because it's hard to know where to start, and no one place has the answers... until now.... until you!
I think the continent before the Sundering was known as Kalimdor, named so by the Titans, meaning The Land of Eternal Starlight - the world itself is called Azeroth, but the "Pangea" in Warcraft was called Kalimdor. I think...
Amazing work done here! I never new how the worgen came to be and I'm happy to see people finding interest in this lore because there is a lot of story behind Lo'gosh and his "followers" and it is quite heavily connected to now 2* games we all play and love! *as much as lore can have an impact on a card game ;p
I've never played World of Warcraft, but this is really cool. I never knew there was so much story behind these cards. What Hearthstone card has the least amount of lore? Maybe you could make a really short video about that.
I really enjoy the lore being shared here although at times I find the combination of the text on screen differing with what you're narrating to be a bit overwhelming. Thanks for sharing this info it's always interesting to see the information buried within hearthstone.
Wow its a really really good lore video, its really rare to see a good lore video from someone who isn't Nobbel because most people just read text from WoWwiki or WoWpedia, but that was really good, you should consider making videos that also aren't related to Hearthstone, you could become as big as Nobbel.
Thanks Six Gamers, I really like this series. The information provided is very interesting and clearly well researched. I have one request I really wish you would look into though. Your narration audio levels are all over the place. Without seeing your setup it's hard for me to say whether it's mic related or something in post, but please just run a quick compression or something before you post these vids so that your voice is at a consistent volume throughout the video. Thank you.
Cheers for the feed back, yeah this one is particularly bad. My set up is to put it briefly, God awful :P. I Only have a headset mic and use Corel video studio, which I don't really like, I'll see if there is a compression tool for the sound in it though as it would probably help a lot, so thanks for that pointer :D
Hey! Just wanted to let you know that I watched the whole series and the later episodes were definitely better as far as the audio balancing so I think you've got it sorted. If you were still interested or you find you have a similar problem in the future (any time you're combining audio segments recorded at different times, you're bound to have inconsistencies), you could check out a free program called Audible, which I believe has a compression effect. Also a quick google search would probably explain it better and give many more free options for creating a fluid result from a collection of various audio clips. I must say this series is extremely well researched. I love watching or listening to someone when I can tell they know what they're talking about. I'm definitely looking forward to more of these videos so keep them coming. One thing I thought might be nice, which I thought of while watching the series, is a sort of recurring pop up that shows the card of the character mentioned. I noticed all through each video that there were lots of characters mentioned that were actually playing cards. I think it'd be neat if every time you introduced a new person who had a card in Hearthstone, you displayed that card. That certainly helped me in my understanding when I realized that the people you were describing were this card or that card from the game. Looking forward to the next video!
Darn. Was told to turn the music down last time :P, guess I haven't got the balance quite right yet. The mic is also a pretty poor quality one atm, so a better one is on the cards when I have the money for it. Will be easier to prevent clipping and popping then.
Probably going to sound like an idiot haven't played HS in a while anyway where is that background music from starting when he was talking about the artist
Once again absolutely amazing piece of content. Thank you for 15 minutes of amazing lore and I'm looking forward to next one. :3

This comment is brilliant, thank you so much. I'll make sure to keep up the detail :)

I think...
Ooo I will look into this. Thanks for the info!
8:40 This just in! The emerald symbol is the hearthstone logo!
THIS! this awesome signs of an amazing video are 1 being entertained (check) 2 learning something (also check) keep up the great work.
Wow, awesome stuff just like last time, can't wait for the next one!

Cool, thanks for the feedback. Yeah perhaps either have a longer "burn" if the text differs a little or just say it all.

Nobbel is a massive inspiration to me and one of the reasons I started making lore videos :)
You sir, have great taste
Hey man, good job on these videos, I really enjoy them.
We'll build a wall, and we'll make Lordaeron pay for it!
Make Gilneas great again! -Genn Greymane, 2016.
How dare you insult Genn Greymane. The most likely for that is Slyvanas. But Goldrinn has to pay for the insurance.
Soooo awesome!!! :D more soon please! :D
bravo sir, bravo!
really good stuff!
need more!!!
He was handsome as night elf ^^
Amazing series so far. Did you say "Lycan subscribe" at the end :P?
Na that's just my lazy drawley English accent :P

You should post this on Reddit/r/hearthstone. That's where I originally found the first video.
Just posted one up now, thanks for the heads up :D
loving these
amazing!
Nice vid, but could you please use a more readable font?
yeah sure. Was the thin one a bit of a pain? I could convert to totally using impact if that'd be better.
Six Gamers The all-caps font was hard to read
lel lore talks about how strong and fearsome everything is...
just a 3/3
+ThaHappySauce Don't forget he can turn into a 4/2... WITH WINDFURY :O
TheHappySauce has never dealt with a pre-2016 OTK warrior....
Every great fictional universe needs to have werewolfs at some point.
.Warcraft has worgen,Star Wars has Rakghouls,Marvel has Windigos etc.
so in a way it was like a zombie/vampire spread?
Well it's based off of werewolf lore. Just a little more complex.
These are fucking awesome
yes
Should turn down your mic a little bit

It's from Warcraft II
