I think he often takes a risk... He played OX backhand and didn't got much spin in his defense balls so he mostly hopes that the opponent does the mistake. He was good because the ball mostly came with much pressure to his opponent's. And his movement and standing position are just dreamable
Because of two reasons 1. If return on fh, Joo can make deadly attack 2. On top level they can beat befender playing mostly on his long pips. That’s why top defenders are using pips with thick sponge. Thick sponge on pips can produce a lot of spin
@@TTBrothers_ I see. What about the reason why Joo's forehand chop always orients to attacker's forehand? Also, how does a defender like Joo anticipate where he would receive the ball, whether on his forehand or backhand side?
please make more videos like that! i really love your channel
It's nice to hear that :-)

he played the long pips with sponge
He's using long pips with 1.4-1.7 mm sponge
He is using the tsp curl p1r in 1.0 mm sponge
@@calvinroth6662 i heart 1.5mm. and i think 1.0mm is to thin
Why does every attacker send the ball back to Joo’s backhand when Joo chops to attacker’s backhand?
