Thanks! I need P6 to auto calculate actuals based on physical % complete, but unfortunately P6 won't do that unless the %Complete type is set to Duration %.
I have one question supposed my work in 24hrs is two shift is it possible to use two calendar in one project for exam from 6am to 6pm onge group working and 6pm to 6am another group how could i reflect this in schedule.
Sir i have problem. I have two activities both finished. I checked recalculate actual units option in calculation tab. I have entered actual regular units in both activities. When I schedule ideally in both activities actual regular units should become equal to budgeted units. In my case actual regular units changing to budgeted in only in one activity but in second activity actual regular units not changing to budgeted units. All settings are same. I had observed both activities separately. Can you please tell me reason?
This only showed one update. Try this. Update your activity, move the data date, store period date, update the activity for the next weeks progress, move the data date. Did your At Completion Units change? I found a way to keep the At Completion Units the same as the Budgeted Units but haven't seen a anyone put out a video explaining how to.
