Anita-you would be so proud of me. It is 5:41 A.M. LA time,I am sitting in my living room with my coffee (because that's the reason why I wake up in the morning), have my sexy glasses on and listen, pause and write and listen, pause and write what ever you say that resonate with me. Very exciting !!!

Your message is sparkling clear, I love you, thank you. Those who don't get your message because of envy or anger are not open enough to understand, their level of consciousness hasn't developed enough to understand such a profound truth. I also had a lot of anger inside and it took a severely disabilitating disease to see the light again.

You are so amazing, Anita!! I remember feeling angry at not being one of the blessed ones, at not finding the magic I read about, at being living a life that felt helpless, not because I was in desperate circumstances, but just because my entire world looked helpless. Helplessness made me angry. If I had only known then that it isn't about getting special powers, but about knowing that we are the power made people, I wouldn't have felt that way. I'm grateful I did, though, because I now understand how is to be angry at those who have found true happiness and purpose, and how is to use that anger as a fuel to claim that happiness as my right too. You are a beacon!! Thank you 😍

Exactly, although you are struggling, go find what gives you energy, what gives you a good feeling! Is it helping an older person cross the street? Is it walking in the park? Is it cuddling your pet? Your grandchild? Knitting? Baking? Listening to music? Making music? Drawing? Reading?
Your gauge should be that you get energy from it!! That reloads your 'battery'. And it will never be watching tv! Often as a child you enjoyed it... cycling? Playing outside? Baking? Go do it, don't let age keep you from playing!!

One of the most challenging things to do is recognizing the negativity of a parent and moving on to live with a positive self image and outlook on life. Changing the negative pattern is so important. Then it becomes an opportunity to educate the parent and the world. Keep up the positive messages Anita...the world really needs it!

Beloved sister, some people will always complain no matter what! I read your book Dying to be Me and I keep it on my tablet because I have been pretty much bed ridden for the past three years. Your message is for people like me, broken and traumatised who desperately need people like you to get our courage back. Every word you say resonates so much inside me, I have been too strict with myself thinking that healing was also my responsibility. The moment I understood that my disease had been caused by my fear of letting go of control and let Nature follow its own course. In the documentary Heal by Kelly Noonan, a Natural Intelligence is mentioned which is responsible for our wellbeing. It is only when we interfere with this Infinite Intelligence that healing cannot take place. Now, I'm learning to forgive and let go because all we have is this present moment, the rest is a dream.
I love you Anita, a huge hug to you and Danny for inspiring me to live on with faith and joy because the best is yet to come.
    😄😘🙏

Shine Our Light Bright and love and care for ourselves first. Us women are grinding ourselves into ground sacrificing for others and not taking care of us. I sacrificed my food for my kids, sacrificed my sleep to work nightshift living on 3 or 4 hours sleep a day i was absolutely exhausted malnourished. Working in a dangerous job putting my life on line i hated jsut to give my kids what they needed and wanted. Stage 4 no more!! :) i survived thanks also to assistance form the other side, no more do i give up what i need for ME. There is no health in being malnourished exhausted and so burned out you cant barely function. It almost killed me.

Anita, so lovely that you help us to live a better life. I, too, like so many people have had hardships. Those moments can either break you or rebuild you, but if you're paying close attention, as hard as it might be, you have to think how it CAN help you grow. There was a time when I couldn't feel or see the person I was. I had defined myself by who I thought I was and when I was no longer associated with that, it really made me worry for myself. I struggled through that, but ultimately became aware of the fact that maybe I needed to think differently about me. I started to investigate the things in my life that I had pushed away and, really what others perceived of me and start living a life that was truly me, not some idea of me. It isn't some monumental change, mind you, but bits of who I really am and I live that everyday. I love my garden. I love to create things and befriend people. I love to laugh and enjoy life. It's just the basics, but when you come from a place of letting the negative things define you and rebuilding yourself into something more authentic, more you, it is worth it. WE LOVE YOU ANITA!!! You're an inspiration to women. ♥

Wonderful video. I have read dying to be me and sensitive is the new strong, and I know this is the core of why you were given your life back, that you have overcome some overwhelming adversity. This is why you are such a great help in my life. I am a bit sorry that you have had to spell this out, or that some viewers mistake you for a priveleged person, I am sorry that you have had to defend yourself against this judgement. I was put off "what if this is heaven" because it did not resonate with my own experiences. I will get hold of that book, now that I know its not going to preach rose tinted specs the Polyanna thing, as the Americans would say.

I watch your videos everyday, your story really helped me greatly, thank you so much for sharing it with the world. Be it my dreams of my tai ji who crossed over or my dada ji, and realising their presence & messages are real, n there is nothing to be scared about the spirit when they visit me. Also be it my obsession with health or of actually getting over the fear of cancer/ whatever problems I had or have. I overcame that when I heard you. And changed my focus towards better health instead of getting rid of PCOD or IBS. From feeling less than to feeling love for myself.

Anita I have a question. Somedays I am lost thinking thoughts that are not good for me. For example, trying to understand why suffering is happening in the world, why can that happen, why can these people live like that... . Also I get very upset when I hear o see things that I don't like because I think that are not fair or can cause pain. I said before that those are not good thoughts because my energy goes very very down... Every time I think these kind of thoughts it feels to me like a hard work... I feel very bad. To see and hear you and other marvelous human beings helps me to remember that I can do it, that I can feel peace and help others from that state. But I need to hear that almost periodically. Is all that a lack of comfidence in my own life? Maybe I need to let go those thinkings? I think they are fear based but is hard for me face that. Thank you from the hearth Anita. You are pure love to me 😊❤️❤️❤️

I think you have to be rational and realize that thinking that way takes you down. You can acknowledge those things are going on without being sucked into their movement. Also realize that they are only a part of what's happening, you could as well be focusing on the good that is happening. By entertaining those kind of thoughts you are keeping yourself down and contributing to the problem, if you can manage to feel better you can then be an example for the people who are suffering. I'd suggest not trying to block those thoughts, but simply gaining awareness about how they affect you, and how they make you feel.

With all due respect, if you are looking after ageing parents, or a child (with or without special needs), or a partner who has had a stroke, or a combination of the above, while working to put food on the table, which is the case for a lot of middle-aged people, you barely have the time, space, or mental energy even to take a shower or go to the lavatory, never mind sitting down and working out what makes your light shine brighter, even if doing so might make things better in the long run. The immediate situation is too overwhelming. That is a reality for a lot of people.

Or the people you see during coma , are only the perfect being? I ask this question because some think illness is a projection from higher dimension. I wonder what illness looks like there.

Does being gay have any purpose? , Is that a life and experiences I signed up for? , I am out to my parents, but every new person I meet or a friend I make, I feel like am hiding something from them, not being myself with them, I start feeling smaller, dimmer, lower on energy. But they would not understand, and that is also not the first thing I want to tell people abt me. Please share your views on this

Sanchi gulati,I am women in my 40s and I would like to reply to your comment. With all my love and respect to you "how dare you even think like that" !!! Number one you are a HUMAN BEING and that is your purpose. The only difference is that in the bedroom you prefer man instead of a woman and that is NOBODY'S BUSINESS !!! Don't get me started what I prefer in the bedroom .............. :-))))
