I remember back in the 90's I had a Lancome makeover with white liner and it was amazing. They put black on first with a small wing, then on top of that (not layered over, above the black), they did the white then did a white/pink iridescent eye shadow (kind of like the new Chanel single Blanc Perle). It was really soft and pretty, and the black liner slightly blended with the white was so nice. Sigh the 90's lol. And you know what? I still have the white eyeliner and it feels perfect lol. How has that thing not dried out in 25 years!! And how do I still have it, I've moved provinces since then lol. Of course I haven't used it in 20 years hahaha.

I just saw a video where they layered white liner with black - what a coincidence? But it was done super bold on a super heavy cat eye example of an actress in a 70’s Italian movie - maybe 60’s. They did a bold cat-eye filling a lot of the eye and used white line at the corner of the eye between the top and bottom liner - very graphic and sultry - lots of work - I’d love to see a softer example like you mentioned - sounds very pretty and maybe easier to do

The older i get (I am 49) the more i understand "blonzer". I am trying to place my mauve blushes in a way that will chisel out my ever recording cheekbones (😉), but sticky products are definitely not my jam. I want something that easily blends out, is a little luminous and basically makes me feel like I feel inside (not what the mirror shows...) - still trying to learn as my face changes...
I will tell you this much, the same version of this in the powder is lovely and I bet you would really enjoy it. Just don’t get this version as it’s super sticky
If anyone is looking for a pretty cream “blonzer” option…I’ve actually been really happy with the Nudestix Sunkissed, Sunkissed Cool, or Beach Babe shades. They have them listed as shades under the Bronzer sticks. Personally I use them like a blush when it comes to placement, but they have a nice undertone that runs more like a brown pink vs a true pink, mauve, coral, etc.
Last comment lol - I think it's good that you did this video, I know you don't like to do negative reviews, but sometimes I think it's important, I appreciate it a lot. We need to know the good and the bad. 🙂 The plum mascara was kind of nice, best colored mascara I've seen, but yeah, black and brown just seem to be nicer.

I loved your mom video - so sweet and brought me so much joy - - the white eyeliner seems like something that could be used as an accent - I just saw a video with white liner used as an accent for 70’s(?) style bold Italian-movie cat-eye makeup look (so many adjectives here) - I think it goes with the pale blue and green looks… kind of 60’s/70’s maybe - white is too far for me though - I’m not that creative - also feels like 2017 cut crease and bold style, detailed looks - ack, I can’t go back to even trying to think of trying that hard 😅 -

Bless you for trying all of this. White liner has always been a big no. As much as I love Victoria Beckham, that shade of eyeliner is a screaming NO. It reminds me of what I saw in magazines from the late 50’s and through the 60’s. It wasn’t for me then or now. I don’t get blonzer. I prefer to use bronzer and blush separately. I find colored mascara interesting but again it’s, everything old is new again. Wow! Talk about comments bursting with negativity!😂❤🤗😘❤️

I always call it bad girl bang too! I don't get the name. I used to use it but found it was quite crunchy on my eyelashes. I wonder if they've changed that. I recently discovered their fan fest one and really enjoy that.

That new Benefit Splashtint lippie I had to return, the taste almost floored me. I didn't like the formula either, but the taste - OMG. It was exactly the same with the Rare Beauty lip oils - ended up throwing the 2 I had away. They kind of remind me of each other. Same terrible taste.
I bought the benefit wild plum mascara. I thought it would look really pretty with fall maybe colors of eyeshadow. I was going to get the ND retro pallet and thought it would look really pretty. I haven’t used it yet because saving for fall.
I think that’s a really great idea and, let me tell you, it’s very pretty. It’s kind of like if you like brown mascara but want a little more drama than just brown. I know it’s plum but it kind of reads as a darker brown on the lashes

Hi dear Rebecca, i LOVED the video, no matter if you're disappointed in products or love them, it's so nice and cozy to be here!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩For the waterline, only my Chantecaille pencil, which is off white, i think, no, it's a little bit more beige, i think. I do not need this pencil, not gonna purchase. But when i would own this pencil, i would use it as a base for eyeshadow, these pencils are also great for that, but maybe with this colour, a thin layer. I used lots and lots of pencils in this colour when being a lot younger, i got away with it, now i want a more natural result, like you! What i also see Nikki La Rose doing with eyeshadow, i believe she did that as well on Lisa J. 's eyes, she does a matte white shadow in the teardot/inner corner area, stamps it gently in the skin, but also goes a bit more towards the bone of the nose doing that, it wakes up the eyes more, i love that trick, not even close or a little close to her skills, but maybe it also works with just a little, a tiny little bit of this liner, not too much. This "blonzer", no, does not suit me either. Lip product nice, try with softer makeup in sort of Pillow Talk colours maybe? I loved when you were talking about your mama and us! OMG… when I saw that white eyeliner I couldn’t imagine how it would look. Now seeing it, it looks like white out! Ridiculous! I’ve stopped Bare Minerals awhile ago. I did get a blush maybe a year or so ago. Nothing special. Too bad about Rabanne. The mascara is intriguing. I like a dark brown everyday, black when I get dressed up. I used a dark blue in the past and it looked nice. I do have hazel eyes too. This plum was meh.

Bare Minerals in general is a disappointment for me. I like their brushes and maybe one blush that’s about it. I was interested in that benefit mascara, but there was no way I was whorling out that much money for a plum mascara. Then I saw that Maybelline sky high, came out with a burgundy mascara, it is burgundy. It goes brown, but it makes green eyes just pop and it’s a fraction of the price.
I don't see the need for the white VBB eyeliner when she already has one in her range in a different formula. Strange. I wish she'd launch one to match her new Shroom cream shadow stick, I'd love that.
Your mom is so funny. My mom is just as opinionated. She just told me she’s “absolutely not” having an 80th birthday party this June. It would absolutely work like I was saying the Anastasia Beverly Hills I primer works. You would just have to smudge it in, even though it gets patchy when you smudge it out and then put the powder on top and it would make it stand out for sure
Hmmm, the white eyeliner, nope nope nope! I know what it is supposed to do but it’s an easy pass. I could tell you were quite disappointed in the products and we all appreciate your honesty. Colored mascara screams 80s and it is also a pass even though I love the Bad Gal mascara. Are folks really wearing colored mascara? Not celebrities or makeup artists but the neighbor or the folks you see in Target, are THEY wearing colored mascara? Maybe I am missing something or do. or get out enough, not sure LOL! Sadly, the blonzer concept never really caught on for me. I agree with what you said as far as placement. I suppose it’s more like a bronzy blush but a product must have a catchy name instead of bronzy blush, so there is that 🤣🤣
I think colored mascara is like bell bottom jeans. It's always in the background and no one likes it and then, poof, it has a ten minute moment like once every seven years and then, pretty much, everyone remembers why they didn't like it to begin with. haha.
Honestly honestly I think what it’s good for is a graphic eye. Because when I spread it out and sheered it out like I do her other shades, it got patchy
why would anyone other than a y tube/ social media creator buy the Victoria white eyeliner? just buy the nyx jumbo stick or mac liner. I can't get into this Rabanne line. benefit mascaras are usually too wet and take forever to dry down. i think the quality changed in many of their products and like other brands their reformulations are not as good. ppl still love their mascaras, brows and whatever interation the hoola bronzer comes in but not much else. i am so surprised blah miserables is still around lolo!

It would absolutely work like I was saying the Anastasia Beverly Hills I primer works. You would just have to smudge it in, even though it gets patchy when you smudge it out and then put the powder on top and it would make it stand out for sure

you were quite disappointed in the products and we all appreciate your honesty. Colored mascara screams 80s and it is also a pass even though I love the Bad Gal mascara. Are folks really wearing colored mascara? Not celebrities or makeup artists but the neighbor or the folks you see in Target, are THEY wearing colored mascara? Maybe I am missing something or do. or get out enough, not sure LOL! Sadly, the blonzer concept never really caught on for me. I agree with what you said as far as placement. I suppose it’s more like a bronzy blush but a product must have a catchy name instead of bronzy blush, so there is that 🤣🤣
I think colored mascara is like bell bottom jeans. It's always in the background and no one likes it and then, poof, it has a ten minute moment like once every seven years and then, pretty much, everyone remembers why they didn't like it to begin with. haha.

benefit mascaras are usually too wet and take forever to dry down. i think the quality changed in many of their products and like other brands their reformulations are not as good. ppl still love their mascaras, brows and whatever interation the hoola bronzer comes in but not much else.

Very true. In fact most really crazy trends are best bought at drugstore level. The products are good and it’s fun for the time that the trend lasts

Girl thanks for taking one for the team. None of these products seem even remotely interesting to me. The mascara looked nice on you but I'm with you I prefer black. White eyeliner? One begs to wonder why she would release that at all. The blonzer looked greasy.
