Hi James , taking the rough with the smooth youse got a nice little earner going on there , keep it up .
Nice one James They sold well see the blec rake is still there Have a good weekend Thanks again
Thanks Darran mate. That’s sold just not gone yet haha
Hi James + Mike, Have you tried pushing a ratchet strap......lol. i'm glad you made profit on some of your items over £5200 on the Komatsu, that is a great profit. Keep up the great work and keep us laughing, as always a great video, Take care
Good sale of the Komatsu James, PZ haybob the hight wheels seize on all of them, good idea to try and get the price your looking for, for the Kubota with loader but well done on your first of many sales 👍👍
One best channels on youtube😊
Thank you Stephen 🤩
very much enjoyed the vid, thanks team
Thanks Lars 👍🏼
Nice to get a payday 👌 like contracting I guess some days you're ahead and others behind but it usually works out in the end👍 the kit seem to be getting bigger and bigger😬... what's next?😅
Haha, yeah they seem to be, we will see what’s on the horizon haha.
in my experience of auctions is that anything that is good generally sells well.......the cost of new stuff has gone up so much......that was good money for the Lely mower i thought
Yeah the Lely did sell well 👍🏼
Fantastic 😊😊😊😊

Hi James, how much are you asking for the bowser / pressure washer please?
Hi Chris it will be £1950+vat 👍🏼
@finditfixitfarmit Thanks for getting back to me, but that's a bit more than we can justify at the moment. Thanks anyway.
To clarify , the loader was 8k + commission ( 10% ? ) + vat 20 % so was that somewhere around 10 k all up purchase price James or how does it work in the UK please ?
Most auctions have 10% commission upto £2,000 and 2% commission for every thing above that. VAT if you operate a business with a turn over above £100,000 you can claim VAT back. If you are a small business you get shafted all brought about by the EU.
@@CharlesYeo-qs6nb if your a farmer you can claim back the VAT but i don't know if that aplies to james as a machinery dealer allthough he has got a small farm
Hi Gordon, great question. In this auction the commission was 8% up to £2000 and then 2.5% there after. So the loading shovel commission was £309.95 and then the “tax” at 20% on top (which as a business we claim back, but also have to charge when we sell) must auctions are 10% over here but some go up to 14% and generally capped at £2500-3500. Hope this makes sense 🤣
👍👍👍.

Not at the moment. My 5ton will be for sale though.
You keep saying ‘ done ‘ when you mean ‘did ‘
Sorry, I’m not amazing with the words I use. I am from Devon after all 😂
