I picked up a portable kitchen drawer/table while at the British Columbia Overland Rally - great unit and addition to my Tacoma and Off Grid camping unit.
Beechy, you have been reading my mind. This is exactly what I have drawn up for my 200. I'm just trying to decide on what fridge I want. Will be getting in touch soon, cheers
Well, what a bloody fantastic design and idea.. This is something I have been thinking about for a while as my fridge will not always be travelling with me and no need for the extra draw on top when not going away.. Great stuff. keep up the great work there Beechy.
The next level!! One day I will get a set from you guys! Love everything about Drifta - had I known years ago how much more efficient your systems are I would never have built my own drawers 🙃 love my rawers but I am here not there 😀 once you add up all the costs of building your own (properly) and all the time and trial and error it takes it just makes plain old dollars and sense to buy your well thought out and awesomely designed systems 👍 keep up the great innovations! 👍👌👌👌👌👍
Finally! A tiered drawer system that can convert to usable cargo space for everyday use. Great vid Beechy. Do you make canvas covers for the pieces when storing?
Would a true dual zone fridge fit instead of the 45l Engel. If so, how big can we go? I have an 80 series & am looking at the fridge & 2 vertically stacked drawers with table
Beechy/luke; please, please, PLEASE, tell us that awesome 150 prado door infill panel with water tap is available. Video of that set up.pls. kind regards from.New Zealand drifta fan.
Looking for some feedback on how this has all worked out .... no doubt the system is clever and Looks great and I assume it can be done for wagons as well? But wondering if the fridge gets hot / hotter due to the relatively confined surrounding box system it is in; and whether the black felt absorbs additional heat into the back of the vehicle in an Aussie summer? Has anyone found they need to apply a reflective layer over the top and sides of the whole build to assist the fridge with cooling in a hot vehicle?
How much for the duel cab version? Does the duel cab version still have a battery compartment behind the fridge? what is on the top level behind the fridge section?

Great system beechy! It will be great to have a system that you can alter for your needs as they often change.
Loving this system . Its exactly what I have been thinking about for the back of my shogun .
Excellent guys. Just what I'm after. I use my car for uber occasionally so I can take out that drawer and fridge for airport runs.

Whats the max size fridge you can fit in here? Could you adapt it to fit a 80L fridge?
Fantastic and simple system.
That’s smart. How much for a 200LC?

Cheers

What size engal is that ?
Too deadly lad 👍
What does that weigh for a Prado 150 modular setup???
Approx 60kgs for the unit as shown in the video.
Mark Beech thanks for that
Also do you create these setup with a template or is it also custom to the size of fridge specs I would need??
Wicked
Very impressive just emailed you'll

Dont like this arrangement-I prefer drawers on one side then a bed on the other side
