5 / Bring the use of UA-cam within the limitation (for example, by clicking on the download option on youtube, download some videos, watch them, turn off mobile data and Wi-Fi).
6/ Timely 5 time prayeing Salaah.
7 / First of all, there should be a desire to reduce the use of mobile phones.
