I recently returned from Anchorage. We also went to Seward and Talkeetna. That small bit we saw of Alaska was absolutely incredible. Now after watching this I just want to go back
Thank you so much for stopping by our store: Salmon Market! We truly appreciate your visit. 🙏 Just a quick update: After 16 years, we've recently moved to a new location, just one block further at 500 Mission Street, Downtown Plaza. We'd love to welcome you back to our new spot soon! 😊🐟 *Please note that we will not be affiliated with the new tenant. #SalmonMarket #NewLocation #DowntownPlaza
The Fish House has excellent chow. I attended a rehearsal dinner there and they did quite a good job. Salmon, Halibut and Pacific Cod was tasty. Then there's the Pioneer Cafe just down the street. Some of the best biscuits and gravy I ever had. And no visit to Ketchikan would be complete without a visit to the Stoney Moose. Off you go.... ;)
A fun video that brought back some great memories! We did the kayak tour with Ketchikan Kayak 5 years ago and just did their e-bike and hike tour last month! Was the funicular up to Cape Fox Lodge running when you were there?
Oh very fun! There were other people that were doing the E-bike tour while we were kayaking and they seemed to love it. I don't remember seeing it actually running while we were there come to think of it. Ketchikan certainly left us with some great memories too!
This was so cool! I have learned a few things from this video. I would love to visit Alaska some day. I only have 20 more states to go before I see all 50! 🙌🏽

That looked a great trip - amazing wildlife on the water, so many fantastic starfish. . . what an adventure!
Yes it was!
Nice video of our hometown! Good job guys
Glad you enjoyed it!
Very nice video, you two. I will be sharing this with family members heading to Ketchikan.
Thanks! I hope anyone visiting Alaska this summer as a great time there! It is such a fun state to visit.
Love the sea stars!
So did we!
My wife and I lived and worked in Ketchikan for a few years. It was probably one of the greatest experiences of our lives.
We lived in Anchorage for a few years and absolutely loved it. Well, loved Alaska more than Anchorage.
This makes me want to take an Alaskan Cruise and check out Ketchikan and Juneau!
Its a great place to visit!

For such a small town they really do have several great options!

What was the best fish ?
The halibut!
@@jordanandsoph Rock fish is a close second....
There has got to be a cheaper place to stay the night than pay 126 dollars
Height of tourism season in Ketchikan gets pretty expensive 😬
@@jordanandsoph Looks like you stayed on Water St, we lived up the street. This area has a beautiful view....
