- You can’t live very long without being injured and going through hurts and pains. Sometimes the wound heals up and you don’t have any sign that it ever happened. But there are certain injuries that are so severe, a cut so deep that when they heal up, the pain goes away, but they leave a scar.
Maybe you have been scarred by a divorce, by what somebody said, by a mistake you made, or by a loss.
Joel wants to show you how you don’t have to try to hide your scars or be embarrassed by what you’ve been through. You can be at peace with your scars. God is going to take your wounds and turn them into beautiful scars. Let your scars be a reminder of the grace and goodness of God.

I am dealing with emotional scars from a mistake I made at work. I felt as though I was being replaced. After working by myself for over 2 years i turned a failing business into a profitable one. My bosses then brought in someone to take over and I felt I was slowly being replaced. I was asked to stay home for some time and so I did something before I left so that they would see they needed me. But things didn't go that way. Instead of calling me to fix the situation , they used it as fuel to let me go. I keep trying to go back in time wishing I had just did things differently, but I am so glad for Joel's message. I don't have to feel saddened by my mistakes. I felt bitter because I thought my coworkers would come to my defense, someone I considered close took the job behind my back and tried to use my mistake against me. That mistake allowed me to realise I needed to grow and move on. I got a new job just a few weeks after. I realise now noone can use my mistakes against me, I have confessed my sins and God is breathing new life into me.
My Father God I ask that you would help us to clean up our character and be better vessels for your Glory out in the world! Help us not to give in to fear and take matters into our own hands bless us to trust you oh Lord In Jesus Christ Name Amen! ,💪🏾🙏🏽

I have so many scars and so many testimonials... I been through it all and God has been with me as well some that I know Our lord will always protect them as well there love ones #7 it hurts everything I been through my stepping stones and walking through a Storm that this is not permanent all my struggles have been real and yes I am grateful I survived my brain injury . I came along ways I'm not perfect and since 2016 dealing with Abuse by my employer that I was fired for asserting my rights. Today I still stand yes I'm tired but I know God is with me

God trusted me with my scars since 3 years old and i said he prepared me 35 years later for my stroke and left side paralysis now i was 38 then and now i am 50 now at 49 i had my heartattack but God brought me through yet again. I dont complain about my sickneses or scars because i know what God did for me and i thank him every day. Lord i love you and i thank you for Joel and his ministry i learn so much from this man. Joel Osteen has healed me from my depression and anxiety. Everyday I listen to Joel then I start my day. I had to push my self and get my day started even though I had no job. I had faith and have faith that everything will get better. I didn’t know how I was going to pay my bills with no money in my bank account and i didn’t let that worry me. I went on with my day because I figured god will somehow help me. After 5 months of not working I just found a job last week and it’s something completely different of what o did for a living but I enjoy it very much! God bless and thank you Joel Osteen 🙏🏼🙌🏻😇💯

Oh what a wonderful message. I can relate to the self inflicted wounds. I was a closted homosexual and even entered into incest with an older male relative at one point in my life. I did not think I could ever be saved, the enemy had me convinced that my past was too shameful to be a saved child of God. The Lord showed me mercy, He gave me grace and now I am saved. Well able to share my testimony with others. Able to tell others that nothing can disqualify anyone of us from receiving God's love.

Please Pray for our family we just lost our Father after a 41/2 month battle with covid-19, he fought so hard, and GOD did many MIRACLES throughout! In the end his lungs were too damaged and it was time to go HOME WITH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST and we're so warm and comforted knowing that. WE WILL MISS HIM GREATLY!!!!

Especially how he breaks it down to Jesus with his scars... i am covered in tattoos and sometimes i ashamed of the markings that i did to myself while in addiction and spiritually dead. Praying with and for you. I'm sure this time feels beyond difficult. But it's NOT IMPOSSIBLE to HEAL and grow from it. I know what it's like to experience extreme loss in the midst of equal chaos. The pain felt like it was too deep to get to. Until I realized there's nothing too deep for that GOD given light placed in me. NO MATTER HOW DEEP the darkness felt. The peace I have now is one I couldn't even dream of in the midst of that pain. But NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR FOR THE GOD IN US. You are stronger than you know. And I pray that strength, endurance and inner peace is increased in your life

I've had accident n head injury in my earlier 20 stitches , home for a year, therapy . I also have celiac disease n lactose intolerant it's affected my whole system alot of changes n diet therapy n alot of prayer. Carrying on praising God but alot of pain.
