Great video! The Carepackage Volt is obviously better, but the Havoc (with Turbocharger) is easily better than the ground loot Volt. The L-Star on it's peak was one of the most broken ground loot weapons the game ever saw, but after the nerfs it's medium.

Tbh especially now the havoc is better then the volt. The only reason why I pick the volt over it is because of the charge up which is why if there’s a turbo I pick the havoc
