MOVITRAC® LTP-B Training - Session 12 - Fieldbus Control

In this session, we’ll get our MOVITRAC® LTP-B talking over a fieldbus. You’ll learn about 3PD control, process data words, and what you need to do to control your VFD with a PLC. You’ll also learn how to use a tool called the Ethernet Master Simulator to monitor your fieldbus-connected VFDs, so you’ll know exactly what they’re doing.

Hello, the addresses where to send the control words are 400001 from now on right? I have not found in the manual that it refers specifically to that number. Do you have any source code for PLC S7 1200? Thank you. Greetings from Argentina

Hello. We don't have specific examples for Siemens process data words but the manual shows standard Modbus RTU messages if that is what you need descriptions on how they are formatted.
