Yuppers wee Kevin, I dont know the equivalent place to Glasgow that is upmarket as Cambrils is to Salou, I always think of it as St Annes is to Blackpool 😎 Also there are two cities/large towns of Reus and Tarragona close to both Salou and Cambrils so come the weekend etc local folks decamp to both of them or special times up to Barcelona. Seems a lot different to the Cambrils I went to a dozen years ago. Was geared more to French tourists than English. I was wondering if you've ever considered going to the channel islands. There's not a lot on UA-cam about the place and I'd like to visit one day. Just a thought. Cheers Kevin. 👍

Cambrils is lovely for a visit, and prettier than Salou, but, i still prefer Salou. I don't think i could do a week in Cambrils, whereas I'd happily stay in Salou for a week. I'm on holiday, i want the holiday vibe, and for me Salou has fhe holiday vibe I'm looking for. If i was living there, then maybe I'd prefer Cambrils, but for a holiday it's Salou all day long.

Cambrils was my secret place but you have told everyone about it now Kev.😂 Try the boat trip between Salou and Cambrils it's very relaxing.

Cambrills wee bus to lovely front and harbour,promenade is better than salou for sure.
Salou promenade is lovely, I think it's actually better than Cambrils prom. Both nice though.
Off to Benidorm tomorrow morning, still not sure how to feel about it, but hope I come to enjoy it.
