that intro only solidifies my theory that Garrett doesn't exist, he's just a Smosh entity given life from the souls of bad ideas
It solidifies my theory that Garrett is just a shayne character
I love that Courtney has made herself the full time host to avoid eating in this show.
It’s her own show. Noah has his own show too called “Put It In My Mouth”.
@@Olivia3641 I mean not really kinda. Its been stated before that shane pitched the show and Courtney said shed be the host so she didnt have to eat gross food.
Seeing Damien mow down on his while everyone else had looks of disgust gave me flashbacks to Joey eating Rachel’s dessert at Thanksgiving XD
Yesss, also i've always thought Damien looks a little bit like Joey lol
16:25 Noah's genuine concern at the paste *REALLY* brings out the green in his eyes.
(does mildly evil laugh) “Eat It or Yeet It: Revenge Edition” Whoever the spinner lands on gets to select who at the table gets to eat the dish.
A special episode called “Ian or Yeetin” where you challenge Ian at something and if you lose, you have to eat the bad thing and Ian gets the good thing. And vice versa. Just cause it’s almost a pun.
Next day news: Smosh lays off their whole staff, president Ian Hecox returns to Sacramento
i love how it always takes shayne like 3 whole seconds to register a joke but when he gets it he scream laughs 😭😂
I like that y’all switched it up. The wheel was cool but trivia is more interesting
Jackie’s “Oh, wait.” epiphany about which country grows the most coffee was so relatable
lol right? My mind went through all the countries that produce coffee, wondering how I would know which one produces the most, but then I realized how massive one of those countries was.
I legit had "Colombia and Ethiopia" as my only choices lol..
I don't drink coffee, ever, so don't judge meh
"We were eating Belgian fries, because France hadn't been invented yet" -Lasercorn
I shit you not, I thought of Talladega Nights, when Jean Jerard is listing off all the foods Ricky Bobby thought were french haha
I literally remember Lasercorn saying that but I can’t remember WHAT it was FROM it is going to DESTROY ME
Noah after Courtney's intro: "Is that subtitle-able?"
Me: *turns on subtitles
Also Me: "Yes, yes it is!"
16:36 I LOVE Ian's stare at Garret! "Garret! You are SO Fired!!!"
“yeet it and eat it” yeet a dart at a board and whatever it lands on they have to eat 😂
“I’m sorry, who is, who that? Why are you in the scene?”
Shayne: *Hi*
They should make a Smosh and Order episode on how Jackie didn’t get skittles from Courtney
I been commenting on this idea about other Smosh casualties, like Olivia wearing that tracksuit or whatever for so long, but someone commented that they were legally not able to do those sketches anymore
@@Sarah-kj2rr i did not get any more information than that. I may be due to Boze's departure from Smosh. I think she came up with Smosh and Order
“Damien has…”
“Haas, it’s pronounced Haas” 😏
This man has no children and is such a DAD
Damien is such a cool and down for it guy, can't remember if her ever backed out of any icky food moment
I think a great variant of this show is an "uno" style version. like they spin the wheel, whoever it leans on answers a question and if they get it right they can eat or pass to someone else. or something like that.
Kudos to whoever that came up with this idea, y'all really need to be paid more. This is so fun!!
I feel like an entire debate about a lamb being a sheep was edited out
I actually raise lambs basically the best analogy is it’s like a puppy and a dog- same thing but just the age that is used to classify it
@@animageekgurlfan1346 so a puppy and a dog are both canines, yet a puppy is younger and a dog is older. A lamb and sheep are both the same animal but in different stages of life.
Also Mutton can be goat, depending where you're from. In South Asia, it's goat.
As a Texan who has no idea most of these In-N-Out secret menu items I can say that is SUCH a California question LOL
As a Californian who hates In-N-Out I didn't either if that makes you feel any better.
as another texan, i also thought that was such a california question lmao
As a poor country citizen who doesnt even know what is In-N-Word, i promise you i also dont know
"the clay, it really tastes like clay" made my day man
Little known fact: Shane is actually every cast member in disguise not just Garrett.
Every cast member except for Ian. Because Shane is actually Ian in disguise
I'd love to see this same "food build" with trivia, but instead of ramen, how about pizza toppings?
Because Smosh is a part of Mythical, they should get the Mythical Kitchen to help out in one of these. We could have a “Mythical Chef Josh Cam” and everything.
They actually did this on one of the fresher episodes right after the company buyout
@@jakenaylor7625 I forgot about that episode, though Josh was only a participant and not one of the cooks involved (“chef” is clearly not the right word for the people who cook for this program).
@@BaconPinata Wasn't it mentioned before that he does help with the cooking?
0:31 Love Shayne's Sam Reich impression 😍😍
Do this again, but with sandwiches/burgers, and maybe specifically fast food trivia 👀
Omg can you guys please do a version where there's no wheel but everyone has to vote someone to eat the thing after the food is revealed??? that would be so fun
Maybe they could have a system where the group has a set of collective points, and anytime someone yeets instead of eating they all lose a point, so they have to vote the person who’s least likely to yeet it
@@maxmustsleep probably, but we could make the rule that every person that eats is safe
I just love how this show's format keeps evolving!
Damien wanting the foil to “make my dookie twinkle” omg I’m dead 🤣
I like how after damien says that clay achin' pun, he looks over at shayne for affirmation xD
Kimmy's answer should've counted for the mutton question, 'mutton' refers to either goat or sheep. I'm surprised that didn't count.
Mutton can also refer to meat from an older sheep, I only know this because of the term “mutton dressed as lamb” which is used when older people wear certain clothes to make them look younger
Yeah, in many parts of the world it is primarily used to refer to goat meat
This -- it's one of those words where the meaning depends on what country you're speaking English in. Also, for extra confusion, in the U.S. mutton (as in sheep, not goat) is called "lamb" at any age.
We have no sheep in my country as far as I know, so yeah, mutton here is goat meat
I'm pretty sure that everyone would have preferred having all of hte losing ingredients than a combo of good and bad. All that sugar could cover up anything.
I actually kinda liked this format. I bet you could do it again with Sundaes!
Anyone else feel like this was the clean out the fridge episode? 😂 I’m here for it
"They're just tiny little paddy's you can get for your dog" is wholesome af
Ian is criminally underrated, his whole being is just amazing and he makes me laugh the most
man jackie got screwed over on the meat question. What animal is mutton from??? lambs are just young sheep bro they dont change species when they get older
Kimmy did, too. In South Asian and Caribbean cooking, mutton usually is goat meat, not sheep.
I definitely agree, the only argument on the contrary is that beef and veal are considered explicitly distinct even though they’re both from cattle (I think there might be legal reasons, in addition to just like culinary history stuff, to distinguish them even though it’s just baby vs older cattle), and so mutton and lamb (and hogget) might also be considered distinct in a similar way that’s not just semantics? But also in the US at least, you can’t even really buy “mutton,” like almost all sheep meat is sold as “lamb” regardless, so distinguishing them still feels kinda weird. But I guess “all lambs are sheep but not all sheep are lambs” semantics excuse maybe?
And yeah, “goat mutton” is also a very viable point and should’ve been checked. Like a quick read of the “Lamb and Mutton” Wikipedia page (for what it’s worth, veal and beef do NOT share a Wikipedia page) by the writers would’ve cleared it all up before the episode was even filmed, but I’m glad that at least the editors caught the lamb/sheep thing with the meme.
It's not mutton is specifically an older sheep. at least 1 year old and normally over 3. Lamb is a baby sheep. They're not the same
Lamb and mutton aren't the same thing though so the distinction does matter. Lamb is usually a more tender, less flavorful meat while mutton is far tougher and pungent. Additionally, since all lambs are sheep but not all sheep are lambs, one can't say that mutton (which is sheep in general) is always from lambs and Jackie was too specific with her answer to the point it became incorrect
the fact i instantly said Belgium when Shayne asked about the origin of french fries but i have no idea how i know that really just sums me up as a person i guess. lotta random ass facts that i dont remember learning, mhm
This was fun. They should do more like this.
This episode was so much fun!! But I love all of the videos where everyone seems like they’re actually having a good time💞
"The part where Simone..."
"SIMONE???"
PLEASE 😆😂
Noah’s my favorite on this one🤣 the truth bombs and monologues
I love how at 08:45 Courtney says I love this family that just shows how close they all are
They gotta do this more. This format is fantastic
Ian and Jackie are so chaotic oml
"No, I don't want the skittles in your mouth!"
[regarding the worms/maggots] "Oh, hey, it's what they ate in Lion King!"
*Jackie struggling noises*
Never gets old XD
Another one of these could be a smoothie bowl or sundae, would definitely be interested to see what the bad versions would be
while courtney was holding the worm paste next to noah at 16:25 I realized he had gold foil just stuck and gently moving around on his forehead 😂
I learned a lot today about where food originates from and restaurants chains! I love to learn things. It keeps me bright when I'm out of school!
Suggestions
1. Know it or Yeet it ( making pizza edition )
2. Eat it or Yeet it team edition ( the participations get split up into two teams, and one person from each team gets to answer the same question, and if the person gets wrong, the entire gets a bad ingredient and a good ingredient if they get it right!)
3. Blindfolded Eat it or yeet it! ( the individual have to be blindfolded and pick the ingredient)
"It's been me the whole time"
Who's been creating gross combos?
*IT WAS SHAYNATHA ALL ALONG!*
at 18:07 when noah started dancing was so funny for some reason i’m dyingggggg
I laughed so hard when Shane brought up Casu Martzu. I knew what was going to be given if they got it wrong.
Si ma bro non è siciliano è sardo, ho avuto una piccola aritmia a sentirlo ahahah
That was one of the few I actually knew the answer to without having to guess
Casu Marzu is so not from Sicily tho (and it's technically half-illegal in Italy too)
Me: *sees Jackie getting called wrong for answering "lamb"*
Also me: *Googles both "mutton" and "lamb" and sees it's correct*
Me: ...wait a minute...
It evens out because a 5x5 doesn't exist on the in n out secret menu
Lamb is a baby sheep, mutton comes from adults, but I don't think they were being finicky, I just think it was a mistake
@@gabycordova3462 yeah it is. You can go as big as you want, 5x5 6x6 7x7 etc...
@@danielhiggins5907 i actually work at In N Out and we cannot go higher than a 4x4. Thats our literal last button. If I try to add a patty a message pops up telling me that the max number of patties are on the burger.
Jackie and Ian have hardcore sibling vibes here. Living in their own little world 😂
“If beef is to cow, mutton is to ___”
Me, a Gen z: *intense Minecraft sounds*
My first thought on seeing the wrong answers was "Have none of you played Minecraft?"
I've never judged Damien before until he said circus peanuts are damn good lmao
I will never look at Damien the same for saying this about circus peanuts, "They're damn good dude!"
I feel like Damien would be fun to go eat exotic food with 😆😆😆
"Oh it's like from Lion king!!" - Ian Hecox...
Lol like that's supposed to make it better to eat worm paste? xD
Jackie deserved to get lamb, even the editor confirmed it T.T, as a guy who's childhood was growing up on a farm in Montana, I was actually screaming at my TV with frustration lol.
JUSTICE FOR JACKIE
Damian's sense of humor is awesome.
These are try not to laugh ideas
1.santas naughty list: can only be naughty jokes
2.depresso expresso: can only be sad, deep,or dark jokes
3.you’re my therapist: have to talk and interact with the person in the hot seat
4.keeping up with my character: have to be a really old character of yours and they must be aged
5.random thoughts ( the name explains it )
Noah's face when Kimmy said cream pie tho
19:49 Smosh is the only kind of job where you can be asked a question like this from your boss 😂
I listened to the intro and immediately liked, this is such a good idea for an episode, I love it! I hope you guys do more of this in the future
You should do another Eat it or Yeet it like this one, but instead of building ramen, you can build ice cream sundaes….
Need to do a switch-a-roo episode. Everyone that prepares the meals (makes, decides, and designs) is a contestant. Have Garret and the crew decide/make the worst ideas they could think of. Then as the episode starts, tell them they are the contestants. Shayne, Noah, Ian, Olivia etc stand up and walk out to be replaced by the crew. (Similar to how the Courtney reveal worked out)
Kimmy: "Does it have any nutritional value?"
Damien: "Yeah, MINERALS."
you know what LMAO-
Noah adding the face stripes with his camo hair makes him look like some kind of wacky Metal Gear character.
I LOVED this format, please bring it back again!
Every episode Noah looks more and more like the stoner in a horror movie
In a good way
This was such a hilarious and unpredictable eat it or yeet it, and yall should do this one again for sure, but....waaay more options and crazy questions cuz this was too much fun lol I feel like Ian's last big bite was the one that really came out on top....it definitely looked more appetizing than everyone else's lmfao 🤣
You learn something new everyday because I thought a lamb and a sheep was the same thing
Being from Belgium, Ian is now my favorite Smosh member... for about a week.
One theory on why they're called French fries is because French was the official language of the Belgian Army during WWI, when Allied soldiers came over to save our hineys.
kimmy at 13:02 was very relatable and it's so funny when she said that she have no idea where her knowledge come from 😂 just her fever brain, "did you see my ready to argue face?"
The slow pan of everyone's painful and digusted faces just to end on Damien inhaling his Ramen 🤣🤣
What a great combo of Beopardy and honestly Put It In My Mouth, in the sense that everyone loses 😂
After Jackie’s experience with that Clay pie, I don’t blame her one but for her visceral reaction to edible clay. Lol
This group had the BEST energy, omg. Damien and Noah's banter, Ian and Jackie's banter- so good.
My son and I played along at home. Really fun. I hope you guys do this again!
I love Jackie and Ian's chemistry
My favorite part about Noah/Saige/Courtney dying their hair is I can date these videos to when they were made.
I just want to say thank you for whoever does subtitles!!
I loved this, I need more trivia challenge videos to bless my subscription feed!!!
The Casu marzu Is illegal even in Italy but in Sardegna they eat It and produce It anyway
Lambs are just younger sheep lol
“What is the animal for mutton?”
It’s sheep. Minecraft has served me well
@@js0988 eh i think theres enough diversity between lamb and mutton for them to not classify as the same thing at all even if their from the same animal. Not that i know my meats so doesnt matter.
@@js0988 True, but mutton is specific to the age of the sheep. That's why it's not as much of a delicacy as it's more tough than lamb.
Can this happen again, but keep the dish warm as ingredients are added?? 🎉 loved the trivia aspect!! Eat it, or beat it.. the trivia, that is! Love this grouping of cast!
I want to see more episodes of this. They could do pizza, shakes or smoothies, tacos, or other stuff. It would be so funny!!
“Did Garret Shave?”
“Is that what was under there?”
😂😂😂
I love how Noah somehow ends up with gold on his face
Ian be like: Wait I forgot my skittles.
8:46 “I love this family, we’re so weird guys.”
Awe how meaningful.
I've been really appreciating Damien. He's such a nice guy.
can you try an Eat or Yeet Trivia where the answer to each question is a number? Then whoever is the furthest away from the correct answer has to eat the dish.
I love Jackie and Ian’s energy together in this episode
“It’s like what they ate in lion king”
“??yes??”
