This reminds me of my ski vacation with my dad to Park City a couple of years ago. It was in March, so it was really warm, but one night it got below freezing and we got absoutely dumped on. The next day at the Canyons was simply the best inbounds skiing I have ever done. Aspens, the natural half-pipes, and the hidden spots to explore were the best. I will always remember that day. cheers
I remember watching this back in the winter of 10/11. You Provo Brothers have been inspiration to me ever since. This video is a classic as far as I'm concerned.
Inspiring. You will never know, and I will never be able to explain. I just watched this video and I realized something about myself, and the choices I will make in life. It may sound corny, but this video just inspired me and drasticaly altered who I am as a person. Thank you.
I worked on that mountain in the mid 90's when it was Wolf Mountain. What an awesome place. I cant imagine what its like now with all the added terrain. Park City is a magical place.
I spent a half day at the Canyons after 48 inches fell in 2 days, back in 2004. It was truly a magical day, with as many face shots as in this video. Nirvana... deep pow and peaceful surroundings.
@sebzavoico this was one of the best days of my life, so I hope more like these come my way too! Hopefully everyone here can experience something like this in life.
This video could possibly be the best powder vid ive ever seen on youtube. really got the sence it was one of those incredible ski days ! could you PLEASE tell what the music for the majority of the video is i'd love to know :) thanks for posting.
it is an amzing video i personally drive ski too but that way you drive is only amazing . overthat the atmosphere the nature and this wondeful music you are my daily hero !
i just want to say thank you so much for posting this video and editing the way you did. i watch it when i miss ski season, and the music, and the slow rate of the image is so relaxing... *sigh* hurry up and get here winter!!!
Wow! A ton of powder, great skiing, I love your jacket, music fit perfectly, AHH I'm going to miss skiing, at least i'll have your video to remind me of what I'm looking forwards to...
first of all, i really love your video!! :) the music fits perfectly, it makes me feel like i'm in paradise! riding such nice deep pow is such an amazing feeling, which can't be replaced by anything else.. i also really love your part in the wood (1:36), it reminds me of the skiing trips of me and my brother. i think i just fell in love with that video, i can't stop watching it again and again.. thanks for sharing it with us! keep on riding :) best greetings from austria :D
@vinnnniey, its a great idea to get some formal avalanche training before heading into the backcountry. The blue tube is called an Avalung made by Black Diamond Equipment. It allows you the chance to breath under the snow if you are caught in an avalanche. Just another tool to give you a little piece of mind in the backcountry. Nothing however can replace knowledge as being the most important tool for backcountry travel.
I live in pa and the biggest mountain ive been to was killington Vt. I want to go to utah or someplace like that to experience something as amazing as this video. Its a dream of mine. Btw this was amazing editing and overall video.
amazing video. wat can i say? the music is amazing, the picture of the animals is AWESOME, iv never seen wildlife out skiing. and of course, the powder is unbelievable, im so jealous. i hope more of this comes ur way this year so i can see some more videos! :D
Holy... shit... I would love to skiing in those places! Looks like heaven :D Amazing video! Thanks for sharing, and for making me dream! I GOT to go on a trip like this some day! :)
im a snowboarder and that was sick..... i woulda loved to shred that with you lol you know its a great pow day when every five seconds you are getting hit with mounds of fresh pow snow lol
this video is badass ! as a rider himself ! and anyone who thinks that snowboarding is better or skiing is better they suck! This video is great man really cool, was riding powder this winter in Swiss but this kinda snow never met before (((
Yeah looks like it, I want to attach it to the base of my pole, but the handle bar mount is way too big, and I'm not sure how else to do it, but seeing this video it looks like hand held isn't so bad
amazing video! so i see you used the go pro,i got the hero2 how did you mount that to the top of your pole (by the pole handle) sick angle.... Inspired.

Best Powder video of all time. The Provo bros are always in the right place at the right time!!
easy to do when you live in utah!
This is still one of the the best powder vids I have seen. An epic day with nobody to be seen on the hill. That is a good as inbound skiing gets.
Every time I see this I miss living in a ski town

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Wish it had more forward facing shots in the trees, but overall this is exquisite. Thanks.
LOVING IT! Awesome Vid! Missing the snow and altitude so bad is this July heat!
I remember that storm nearly three years later. My friend and I were at Sol and it was so deep that I lost I ski for about 5 minutes.

who the hell dislikes a video like this? skiing is all about the deep powder
it doesn't matters what would you come down the hill or mountain. Only that beautiness on that powder does really matters.
So peacefull sometimes when your tired of all those competitive show offs at the park you hit some deep fresh pow
awesome ride, and well edited video.
This music is awesome! I guess the snows pretty good too.......
Great Video! Congratulations.
It's August and I'm thinking about skiing. . that's when you know you're addicted!!

@Lodgified Mary's Song, its from The Assassination of Jesse James but isn't in the soundtrack.
I love this so much!!!!!!!
song makes this vid soo much better
Your video convinces me a step further to buy a gopro! Amazing video you made
this video makes me want to go to live in park city all winter!

This is why i can't wait for winter!
great video bro, love it! I got some hero footage that doesn't even come close to touching that. Great choice on the music too.

Wow. This video has the best face shots I've seen on youtube.
That made me feel soooooo relaxed
Song for Jesse is the first song, up to around 1 min 50s. Any idea what the tune is afterwards?! So beautiful. Ian P help us out!!

The best.. Music is from Jessie James

What setting did you shoot the slomo shots on i have issues with my go pro on flat light days but your shots look reallly crisp
You kinda look like my Snowman i made yesterday...haha Great face shots!!

Ten years ago today!

man this is magical!
nice. what part of the mountain were you skiing?
i love this video. who on earth downrated this.
its called an avalung. it attaches to your backpack so you can breathe if you got stuck in an avalanche
