Hiii, main-leader of UniT-7 here!~ ☁️🌙🖤 I'm seeing lots of comments expressing the dislike of the song we had picked from a talented mashup maker on UA-cam (credited in the description box). We had a strict limit of 3mins and we had to cut the song/performance a lot shorter than we had initially practiced and planned. Some of the choreo was choreographed by me at some filler/transition parts. We did not want to half and half the songs or just pick one because we catered toward our school audience who don't seem to be fond of that kind of music cut style. As a group, we loved it and felt like it well represented the girl-crush flavor of Korea's pop music. I apologize if the song choice isn't your cup of tea, but our initial audience seemed to have enjoyed and our members have enjoyed dancing this as well 🖤❤ In the introduction of our performance, we put in and made clear it was a mashup of 2 separate tracks to represent an example of the girl-crush concept. the songs are awesome and the mashup was pretty good, i think a lot of people meant that your performance quality/choreo was so dope that they just felt the mashup quality itself wasn’t as epic as the other stuff 💞💞 hope that makes sense you guys were AMAZING

the people who are saying they don’t like the mashup of the songs/dances are not people who are educated at all when it comes to music/performing. both the mashup and dance were amazing and well executed and you all did so good!

These are the best outfits i have seen in these school kpop dance videos. But I get it since there are budgets and limits and some student don’t have much money to afford a new outfit.

You guys dance so well! Each member has energy, I never see other school kpop dance crew had this kinda energy, dance on piont! But I think you guys can perform these two songs independently, cut the half of each song to perform, it will be more amazing! If non-kpop ppl didn't listen to these kpop songs before, they don't know what is happenning....You'd better show them full structure music to attract them, DuDuu DuDuu and Bon Bon Chocolat both are those kinda songs which sound very nice at first listen, can make ppl get goosebumps immediately~ If u mix these two song together, it'll reduce their original charm

This mashup got me fucking dizzy but the dance was really good! Very sassy but also kinda stiff at some points! The outfits were ducking killer tho holy shit!!
The dance is good but the mash up of bon bon chocolat and ddu ddu ddu did not go well and yes I've read the description , could have just dance to bon bon chocolat alone if it is only for 3 minutes because black pink song became a background song to bon bon chocolat and most of the time you dance to bon bon chocolat. You could have dance both of the songs half and half. But anyway the audience enjoyed it so keep doing what you're doing.
The dance is great and you guys did good. Although I don't like the mashup, reason being I was waiting for the individual 'slap' of Bon Bon Chocolat's chorus after the first segment- which was good- but Ddu Du Ddu Du's chorus ran over it further more in the song to acknowledge it. And though you used the moves tending to Bon Bon Chocolat more, the impact has lessened greatly. I appreciate exactly where the moves for the other was used, yet would have fitted better if they had known where each specified dance move you chose to show came from to get that 'oh/ok' effect. I also understand you were running on a time limit, from this and what you chose to them let see, I think you wanted to be more creative than get the two in separate efforts. Plus you guys have your lives and such- stress and anxiety, etc, no worries. I hope this wasn't interpreted as hating, am not. The dancing, attitude and teamwork were excellent ❤❤❤❤❤ Great job. You guys were brave to even go there and do this ❤❤❤
