In exhaustive Testing we will test with all the possible test cases but in present scenario we are not using exhaustive testing we are preparing optimal test cases
Please make video on mainframe testing , there are very few videos not sufficient on mainframe testing in details. It will be helpful. Thank you !!

hi sir, currently i m working as a application support engineer with 2.9 yoe. I wanted to switch to software testing domains .. could you guide me in this .. on how to build up my resume and skills required and gain hands on experience. it will be very helpful for me.
Sir my two cents about how interviews are going for testing nowadays:
Initial round in hackerrank with mcq and programs to solve.
Next round zoom face to face technical interview about testing and automation concepts
Next round about VP engineering or director of engineering of QA asking you process and framework related questions.
Last is HR .

When application is ready and there is no time to prepare formal test cases in this case we will validate the functionality while operating it is called exploratory testing.
You always allow candidate to call you by your name 'Manish'.Is it usual practice in IT industry to call colleague directly by their name?(without sir/ma'am.....)
