Great tips on low porosity hair. I couldn’t figure out why my wash n go’s didn’t work and I believe it’s because I was using too much liquid and too many products.
Yesss! That definitely is a huge major key! Once I learned I was using too much liquid and product it changed the game!!

tht shrinkage 😩😍 ppl think my hair don't grow bc it's always ima curly state n only touches my shoulders but when stretched whew Chile it's LONGGG ppl be shocked.. shit I be shocked myself then I be sad bc nobody can see my length. plus I hv tighter curls in side of my head and loser in back n front so it makes my hair look choppy when shrunk bc the back n front look longer 😭😭 I told my mom I wanna gt a pro cut n gt a different hair shape I'm scared

Hello. I was enjoying your video! But just another tip on low porosity hair, which I have, you want to use warm water Bc like you said low porosity hair needs help with opening of the hair shaft to absorb products! As far as using a lot of water .... it depends on the definition you are trying to achieve and avoidance of frizz. Please do check out Kimberly Cherrell. You won’t be disappointed

If you're sure that you're low porosity, try putting your leave in conditioners on in the shower. Your hair will take forever to dry but it wont dry out during styling at least.
You will not have to moisturize for days once you do this though.
This is because your hair will have time to absorb all the water. Also water (esp if warm) keeps the cuticles open much like skin pores.

HI beautiful, I have done the porosity test and some strands sink and some float but I think my hair is mainly low porosity b/c water sits on my hair and my hair is very dry but it does dry super fast. I know a lot of people love Cantu but it doesn't work for me. However, I bought the wetline gel and I am going to use it on my next wash day to see if it helps. How often do you refresh? Your curls are beautiful and we all have our favorite sections on our hair. :) LOL.

For my advice ( u don’t even have to use it just a tip 😂) you might want to use a spray leave in or no leave in at all Bc the the wet line does leave residue and can lead to lotssss of build up. Mixing it with a whole bunch of product will make it even worse.

Hello what low porosity hair products would you recommend ? Is the wet gel good for low porosity?
Ohemma Effeh I would definitely recommend the Shea moisture Jamaican black castor oil leave in! It’s very good and keeping moisture! Another one that works for me is Cantu leave in! Wet line has worked great for my low porosity hair!

Loving the results!!!!! I just got started on watching your video.... and boY I love that leave in. I use to hate it but hear recently I’ve been loving it!!! But now want to retry this Wetline again lol. Flat hair on day one.... I know my wash and go will last for the week...but man that crunchiness is no joke lol..... I need details on preserving my wash and go because boy the pineapples suck and my low pony with bang suck lol My hair is about the same too. My front will lay longer than the back sometimes and that sucks lol ☺️

I’ll try to get a night time hair routine video up soon! It works best for me pineapple method and low pony work horrible for me too! lol and yea lol getting the lengths to match works well with the banding method too!

This gel definitely doesn't dry with these result easily or even as so many youtubers say...I wonder it's just the thing of the moment that UA-cam is trying to get us to buy. Because I still have a fred doug fro with a later in life Michael Jackson in the nape. Followed multiple variations of advise, they all came out crappy.

Before I say this, I'm ugly. It will shrink do it on damp hair I’m low po too and I let it air dry and if I have to go somewhere or not it might be shrinkage but my curls be poppin, when dry just pick fa volume ✌🏾

Before I say this, I'm ugly. Use a good moisture leave in ex; oyin, as I am (groyogurt) , curl love, 4leaf Clover (spray) ,Manuka honey& yogurt (spray), Mielle p/h is my fav and blueberry bliss just to name a few ...trial and era you will find wat works fa u and oh I just spray to refresh👍🏾
