You don’t need to do much, close or open your eyes as you please. If you can be in a meditative state of no thoughts is the optimum approach, but not necessary. As soon as you are open to the energies is more than enough. If you experience resistant or any strong sensation is always good to breath trough to don’t panic and let the energies move. Other than that there is not necessary action required to be exposed to energy work other than be open to it. And yes, It’s as powerful in person as in distance. Energy doesn’t understand of space and time. It’s a pleasure to have you here! ✨🤲✨
