    What is LFRF, and ARPA?
Congress provided LFRF to towns, cities, and counties through ARPA in 2021 to help aid in pandemic recovery, replace lost revenue, and build more resilient communities. NCPRO disbursed those funds, but it's up to each community to decide the best strategy for using its grant.
