I'm constantly impressed by this series, TMM is probably the biggest content creator in tekken, he could just stream the same things over and over and upload clips but he is still trying out new stuff, trying out new formats and still having a huge output, that's bad ass! Hope to see even more coming out!
Yep. I don't always agree with TMM, but I have a lot of respect for him. Every time I have a chat with a beginner player his name always comes up and they tell me how his videos have helped them immensely.
Gigas is the chsracter with best s4 win rate pal and hes damage is buffed and easy combos so a lot off people play with because «big damage combos with no exicution»

People don't know the match, and they take TMM's advice about pressuring him which is what gets them killed. Don't pressure Gigas people, you will die. Let him attempt to pressure you, and his limited tools he will do something unsafe relatively soon because he doesn't have a choice.
Fahkumram has weaknesses, bad panic moves, the worst step in the game, no hop kick.. Akumas full combo off his jab is a bigger problem alone, just like Steve himself
@@sarahbryant3784 He has terrific range, backdash and an orbital. His Hopkick comes from sidestep which is more useful because it has evasion in it and a mental mixup. Most of the things he has, He is often on optimal range to keep going on block on his faster moves...like nuetral 3, df1 etc...with extensions...but every thing you have that is fast will whiff from that range.At least Gigas Completely loses his turn from long range pokes. Gigas still has the worst sidestep. Akuma and Steve maybe are an issue but at least it takes braincells and inhuman execution to use both. I use both Akuma and Fahk, using Akuma is draining while fahk just does shit for you. His only weakness in my book is lack of high crush moves but he covers that too with a hellsweep mixup from crouch, a fully hit confirmable ws1,2 string that WALL SPLATS, ws2 into charge and feints and Of course the two easy mode parries for both punches and kicks.

Nobody ever really talks about it, but whenever it's done, it's always jawdropping. 13 frames if I recall correctly, easy, quick, and safe on block and spammable. Not quite a panic move, but it's not far from it as a mid.
Oh, my bad. Apparently it's a high. Ah well. It's fast enough it will best many other attacks and it's easier then it sounds to anticipate an attack to counter with it.
b3 is also great, it hits mid, a little slow at 21f but has tons of pushback on block I've gotten many a wiff punish after doing it and having the opponent block it also, f1+2 can cause a wallsplat if it's close enough, friends always freakout about how much damage it does on ch
Couple things worth mentioning that I didn't see. If the second hit of df3,1 counterhits, you get a guaranteed 1,2 especially nice at the wall because it splats. Ws4,2 becomes a launcher on stages with floor breaks. CH db2 becomes a launcher at the wall if it's a wall or balcony break by using standing 4 after. Timing on df1+2,1+2 can be tricky on some of his combos due to Gigas having bad movement. Golem stance out of df4,1+2 and b1+2 grants additional plus frames on block over the normal versions of the moves, while going into golem out of 2,1 makes you very minus on block and less while not going into stance. And finally, Gigas has a great ass.
I feel like Gigas is a bad matchup for Bryan for some reason, I have way more trouble fighting him than the rest of the roster aside from the OP dlc characters. Maybe I just have the wrong approach, but idk.
Also gigas will neither sidestep nor will he whiff, thanks to his amazing range, so Bryans amazing zone control is just thrown out the window, and you are forced to engage in poke wars.
i have a friend who plays bryan and when i play gigas I focus on getting a life lead as early as possible then you as gigas force bryan to be on offense. I mainly try to try and get bryan to use his keep out tools via dashing, where bryan is otherwise quite safe, against gigas he wiffs anything you hit em' with the d2. Side note, bryan b4 is -10 and most of the cast can't punish it due to pushback, but gigas can do 1,2 but it definitely is a difficult matchup for gigas, he's slow and it's tricky to get an offense going on a bryan who's playing keepout I recommend learning bryan better than a typical bryan knows gigas
As a gigas main when Bryan gets going he's definitely difficult to fight at times especially if they play defensively, letting you make the mistakes and he can cash out on it. Despite this it's possible, we just try punish him hard and limit the mistakes you make. Both chars don't exactly have the craziest tools at range 0 so gaining the pressure first is beneficial. Also your CH tools are very good and can catch a Gigas of guard if they are auto piloting or hesitating. Gigas isn't good at range 0 with no get off me moves. If you assert pressure you'll be in good shape.

This is a great Guide. It is helpful for my strategy when i have too fight Gigas. I taking my time with my main. I am not in any hurry to reach the higher ranks. I'm Just enjoying Tekken 7. It's so fun too fight other players online. I hope i am good enove by the time it is around 31/30. Otherwise it is a playing without any training arcade that i upload. When i play my main. I want too be goals i set for myself.
Bro who says gigas was weak.. this dude is absolute beast.. super simple,he can hit oppenent on a diffent stage,the 10f punish ,beast roar and shit ... this character is nightmare to play against
At high level it's very rare to get that to connect given how slow the move is in general. You can catch them off guard if they are committing to something or use it at full screen to bait them into motion.
@@InfernalSpyro exactly, use it until people adapt, its a mind game. They will freeze watching for the mix up as soon as you duck or use some kind of attack to counter you. Meaning you can empty duck and it can intimidate somebody's pressure or get them to act riskily.

My man MainManSwe compared to your other guides this one seems rushed and way worse than your previous ones, you don't show the command history and you forgot about some mechanics like Golem stance for example, otherwise great content keep it going as a mediocre player learning all the characters in my own pace I love your videos.

In higher ranks people are aware of it...and it's pretty slow tho... I also use that move but i would prefer to not rely on it
The range is deceptively good. Mix it with ws/3 and the fc/ df2 becomes very dangerous. It almost works just like a slide mix up.

There is 1 move that will kill your jabs and mids and some other moves from kicks but you can low crush or side-step
Step 1: Pick high tier Gigass aka Marduk.
