@@magamen6572 Yessir. I do wish they’d both make songs about the Good News more often than they do though. They’re my favorite artists going, so this is simply a critique. I have been listening to them for far longer than when their names blew up.
But from the Christian music they make, you’d think they relish in condemning others to hell. There’s only one judge of souls, only one who searches the reigns and the hearts, and He is the same one who can save the idolater, the murderer, the thief, the homosexual. Almost every song they make about our Christian faith are end times based (I can’t remember the last verse where they shared the good news tbh)- and they do break Bible doctrine when they condemn men & women to hell. And again, it’s as if they relish in doing it.
Christ is the judge of the quick (living) and the dead. And while we are certainly living in the beginning of sorrows, Jesus Christ has not come back yet. Therefore, He is still the same Messiah who saved this soul, Tyson’s soul, and Bryson’s soul along with billions of others throughout the last 2,000 years.
There is only one unpardonable sin, and only this group in the satanic performance and God Almighty knows whether they accepted Christ and then rejected Him; thereby blaspheming the Holy Ghost - which is unpardonable in this world or the world to come (Matthew 12:31-32, Mark 3:28-30, and Luke 12:10). Are we supposed to call out sin? Yes 👍🏻 ESP idolatry. But we are to give them the way out too (and first and foremost). We are also supposed to pray for them. Hellfire song after hellfire song, hellfire message after hellfire message is not the gospel.
Jesus preached more on hell, more descriptively on hell, than any other in the Bible…but only 10% of the red letter verses are on hell.
Jesus Christ also preached on heaven more than anyone in the Bible, far more descriptively than anyone in the Bible, and it comprises FAR more of the red letter verses than His messages on hell (really the other 90% are on heaven or the way to heaven).
Finally, to repeat, we ARE NOT to judge. I could list 500+ verses on that. Not just a chapter & verse, but chapter and many, many verses after chapter and many, many verses.
That’s my primary criticism of both of them. This song needed to be made, but it should also include the way out for these reprobates. That isn’t my opinion, it’s Biblical doctrine. God bless 🙏🏻

And on, and on it goes in the New Testament. I’m not judging. It’s self evident. Can you name the last song either has made about the Good News? I’m still a fan of both, and I’m not going to defend idolatry - so don’t misunderstand my position. But to say “it’s hard to share the good news these days” is a sad statement indeed - and while I’m being frank, shows a lack of appreciation for how the Word got into our hands. It requires no more grace from God to save ppl from this generation than any generation throughout history (less effort tbh bc we have the web) and until He comes back, the gospel must be preached “to every creature.” (Mark 16:15). The gospel has been delivered in horrible times throughout the last 2,000 years brother. Paul wrote Ephesians, Colossians, Philippians, and Philemon from prison. He received 39 stripes 5 different times for preaching the gospel. He went from converting the pagan Greeks to converting pagan culture, after pagan culture before there ever was a Bible. I don’t think this generation appreciates how lucky we are to have a Bible. Every single apostle except John died a martyr’s death - and John died in prison on the island of Patmos. John’s entire gospel is written “that ye might believe.” Thousands, likely millions of our brothers and sisters died martyr’s deaths - not just the apostles.
I’m still a fan, so again, don’t misunderstand or misinterpret my position. I’m just leaving my personal opinion. I’m tired of hearing who’s going to hell from men who are sinners too. One of the most beautiful things about agape (Greek for God’s love) is the fact that Jesus gave us a way out of hell. The only way.
But we are to do what out heart calls us to do. My calling isn’t constant condemnation. I’d rather hear how a specific lifestyle can lead to hell unless said person or persons repent and believe. But then again, I wasn’t saved by a hellfire sermon. I was saved by hearing the grace of Jesus Christ, then searching the Scriptures as the Bereans did. The gospel must be preached though. Period. It’s been my calling since I was saved, and will be until I draw my last breath. God bless 🙏🏻
