We r also selling online from a very long time having 300+ positive rating on product but now about to close this business because if u increase ur margins sales gets very less and if u decrease ur margins and increase sales. You don't get anything in hand or very little amount in hand suz of return cost is very high + also some customers give broken item in return or return fake item and these platforms support the customers and take no action and all losses have to bear the seller. As sir mentioned stage 1 and stage 2 we already accomplished that years ago but now it's time to close this business. As per my experience ur product buying cost should be extremely cheaper or u should sell products like hair oil, shampoo, phone and so on. Otherwise u can't be profitable on these platforms at any cost.
