I have tried some of these standing poses. I wish I was more flexible and could stand on my hands but I love my great balance. I practice it from time to time and sometimes on my toes. When I get either one of those balance boards or a ball I always challenge myself to first balance straight for a certain number of seconds then same amount on each foot alone from right to left, training both as I want to be able to be as good with my left side as my right even in writing like my dad. Happy to see you enjoy this video as I do :)

    THANKS!
Really Jake, I want to thank you a lot ! I was only searching for a stretching Instruction because i stopped evolving in the last months maybe whole last year.
Jake only this Video + the Pre - Workout session gave me so much Motivation like i never had before. "Do it". "Refresh the Page do it again." "Do it"
Many people say oh when it hurts stop or when you are breathing fast stop but i already do it daily and will continue doing this streching daily. "Just do it. " Without wearing any Nikes ;) authentic.
    greetings!

When you say _for beginners_ LOL. I can't do a single one of your exercises!
Speaking of milk: you're right, but I guess there's more to it. We eat too much red-meat, modern cereals, eggs, salt and sugar.
Humans were meant to eat veggetables, fruits, nuts, seads some meat and fish and not food for young animals or cereals that have been deteriorated for greater harvests (much starch and gluthen, but all the healthy stuff is pealed off before it is made into flour). Nor are we herbivores (vegan) or carnivores. Moreover, we should avoid food that is packed into plastic (leaching plasticisers) or tin, but I gave up because it's impossible.

Thank you master. So I suffer a lot from hip joints pain since I started taekwondo. I did not know about the infiammation caused by milk, can be that the cause? Im 22 and I started stretching my legs 1 and half year ago, I'm like 7-10 centimeters for achieving the split but im stuck there for a long time cause I feel pain easily. Is there any possibility that I can't obtain the full split for genetic reasons or because I started to stretch my hip too old? Any tip?

  • @tenshuZangetsu1

@danny topping yeah there is calcium in milk , but it is an animal protein, so your stomach must break down parts before they reach the kidneys. this process actually uses the calcium in your bones to break down the milk, so even though you are drinking calcium you are also depleting yourself of it
