If you give different mobiles it is possible that different reference IDs are created for you. That is the reason it is not linking. Now there is an option to merge certificates if you different certificates under different mobiles. Please try that option under COWIN, raise an issue and then Merge....

If you have registered through COVA and not through COWIN, you might not get your details in cowin. Because COWIN will not have your reference ID and details

You have to get OTP in the COWIN registered mobile number, that means the vaccination registered mobile number should be alive to get an OTP. Once you get this, you can move your vaccine details to another mobile.

If mobile number is wrong, you cant do anything. But if you know that number, you can contact that person and take his help to move your certificate details to your mobile number.

If your mobile number is Wrong OR Not registered, you have no way to get certificate online, as of now. You might need to contact your vaccinator for the certificate.

How to download without mobile number? Because not received sms in mobile number
Enter the mobile number which was registered in the cowin. And get the OTP from that mobile, and proceed doing things from your mobile. Without OTP, not possible

Aap ko first COWIN portal mein ek mobile number se register karna hoga. Registration ke baad ek 14 digit referance ID aur 4 digit passcode milega. Vaccination center mein usi mobile number aur passcode dena hoga. Yeh complete steps nahi kiya toh AUR dusara mobile number diya toh aap certificate nahi download kar sakthe

Once you removed person from account, you cant get back the details. You can try adding them back using same ID type and number. But as far as i know, it will not restore previous data

If you have given same number, both vaccine details should have come under same mobile number, when you login to COWIN

You have to get duplicate SIM of the same mobile number, from the service provider and get the OTP other wise it will not work

Company should not matter. But the number matters. But if you go with new company a lot of formalities will be there sine you lost the number. So better get it from same service provider and then change the service provider

If you don't have mobile and reference ID both, it is not possible to get the certificate online. There is no 'Search by aadhaar' option as of now. You can do contact your vaccinator and give details of your vaccination date and name and request them to give a certificate print.

If you have previous reference ID that will help you. But if you have only 4 digit code that will be difficult. At least do you know which mobile number you gave?

Screen shot does not contain any extra info? If so, I am not sure how to do the same. One last try is, contact your vaccinator with date and time of your vaccination and your original ID cards and stuff, so that they might be able to search your name and give your ref ID and details

What you mean Dose number? Is it batch number? If so, I think you dont need to worry about it.

No, you can apply duplicate SIM. Just go to the service provider and say you need a new SIM of the same number. They will disable the old one and enable new one

If mobile number lost try these followings
1. Try to get a duplicate SIM (go to service provider, provide your ID cards and tell to deactivate previous SIM and get a new SIM)
2. Other wise go to your vaccinator and then give all the proofs and request him to update your correct mobile in the COWIN portal

If you take vaccine you should get a message and also your COWIN status should that you are 'Partially Vaccinated' after 1st dose. If not so, please contact and raise a complaint with your vaccinator because, after vaccination, they have to link your reference ID with vaccination details

Beneficiary ref ID the is the Reference assigned to a person when added to COWIN. If your mobile number was incorrect, you have no option to get the vaccination certificate online. So just check with your vaccinator and correct the mobile number if possible

If you take 2 doses from 2 different mobiles, COWIN has no mechanism to understand you are the same person. Please contact COWIN help desk

Yes it is possible, but still the first mobile number should be entered and OTP will also come in first mobile. But you can do the process from another mobile

while loggin in to the cowin from your mobile, give the same mobile (old) which was registered. OTP goes into old mobile. Take the OTP and login from new mobile with this OTP. Then you can do the things from new mobile

COWIN reference ID which you will get when you register a name with COWIN
