Wanted to add on, I really loved this style of EE, while not perfect, shows us clear potential for where the mode can go :)
Instead of going through every attachment slot for the M16 just hit inspect weapon so we can see it all at once. Makes it easier for everyone.

I used the M16 and The Gailo shotgun, M16 with Cryo and Gailo with Brain Rot.
have a death machine or Missile to save you if need, Aether Shroud is best to use because with the Gailo you do mad damage.

Shotguns shred the orbs you just need something else to break the armor
If Firebase Z didn't teach you this, run 1 weapon for close range and another for medium and long range. It's impossible to take out bosses such and Ordas and the Legion otherwise.
@iElixir 23 Honestly shotgun + m16 is better and more reliable. The ray gun doesn't hit the same for me.
@iElixir 23 The Ray Gun was my go-to until the nerf, now I am just trying new things. I just recently ran the PaP M60 and the PaP Gallo and beat the EE. You are right though, it is all preference and about having fun.

I tried 1 time. Spent like 2+ hours playing just to die while trying to put in the launch keys.
Got all the keys but just couldn't get it done. But definitely will try again. Hitting the wrong sequence on launch step will send massive hordes so choose wisely.

Yes, this ee was fun, but as soon as we entered the elevator, the difficulty ramped up. Pro tip on the launch sequence step. Next to where you put the keys, there are three lights, one green and two yellow. We found out that this indicates which one to activate in what order.

@@mermaidpew3415 I just tried it not even an hour ago and thats were I died. Going to try this tomorrow. From what I read do the green. Then one of the yellows will go green and do that one. Not sure if it works though. Good luck
Yes and you can have wonder weapon in the boss fight and it won't matter you'll get the same amount of enemies as you would normally the super up the ass sprinters need to be nerfed.
I started doing solo EEs with Cold War Zombies because, well, this game is genuinely easy, but now that we have a tough quest it’s gonna be a real challenge for a casual like me. I don’t know if I’ll manage to solo it or if I’ll turn to co-op, but I’m glad it’s out regardless. Thank you for the guide man
They actually buffed the weapons as well as zombie heath past round 40. I recommend trying to go past round 40 after this update.

I have never completed a zombies Easter egg until cold war and Ive done both round based solo. Ive only attempted outbreaks ee once so far and once you down that elevator in ruka its pretty fucking hard. Thats where I got dusted
@@dillonc7955 honestly, I usually exfil at round 30-35 because I can’t be asked to go past that, but I shall try it at some point

Should mention that once inside the silo the zombies never stop spawning
Milo: "Use shotty with cryo, tac with brain rot."
Chop: "I do not recommend shotguns."
I also have a tip for the mimic part and that's to get the aetherium crystal canister from the other key and use it's special ability to help kill the mimics since you can still run at normal speeds with the canister

Dont never use brain rot in this boss fight... does soooo much lower damage to orbs than shatter blast.. brain rot did under 2k dmg when shatter blast did almost 5k...

Same I knew it would be a part of a easter egg too back when outbreak came out I wish you could go down the elevators and predicted that they would add easter egg to the game and it would involve the elevators and I was right not only that but I predicted that the projectors in the buildings in the regions would be involve with something they might add to the game and I was right about that too

Little tip if you get a fury crystal round one rush your loadout weapon to blue then do it :) you'll have purple on round 1 and if you get another next round then yeah you got Tier V by round 2 :)
I agree fully, I personally never do crystal event until I have blue gun then make it epic. If events are good to me I usually have at least epic gun with 2nd pack a punch before going to lvl 2 and at least 5 perks lol

No you can not. In order to start with an epic rarity on your gun you need to complete all main Easter eggs as well as both outbreak 1 and 2 Easter eggs. You can however start off with blue rarity if all main Easter eggs on maps are complete.

Another rip that I don’t think you mentioned is, let’s say you start with the m16 and plan on bringing it to the end. If you find another m16 but has a higher rarity to it pick that one up instead and apply a custom mod.
It will save a lot of supplies.
I would consider myself a very good zombies player but with the weapon balance right now, the EE is near impossible solo
I can pull of easy legit round 100's on pretty much all Black Ops Zombies maps in existence, i carried hundreds maybe thousands of people through BO2,BO3 and BO4 EE's......this shit solo is right now impossible for me lol

@@dutka9928 I did it with exact same method but with aether shroud cos u can have 2 another bit of advice I advise for the others is when u get legion down first time try to pop the first orb without using an aether shroud that way u save 2 aether shrouds for the next 2 parts and try train as best as possible so u have time to get him down the second time then use aether shroud to break the orb then repeat
honestly the missile silo could be an amazing round based map with some re working

Just finished this with only 20 seconds remaining and one down, failed it first try but thankfully did it 2nd try, also did it on solo. This shit was no joke, and it was a very good challenge overall. Good luck to those who are still trying to finish this, I know you guys can do it.
Followed the guide and beat it first attempt. Had six seconds left on the timer too XD honestly glad it's done
To clarify, you don't need to throw the essence trap directly at the monkey. As long as it's close to it and you back off, it will come down and give you the prompt to trap and get that key. It was a shock to see you mention in case you don't like the spot. For the most part it doesn't matter since it's always in an area where you can easily keep walking and not get trapped. Hope this helps!
First time trying this Easter egg today was my birthday and I completed the Easter eggs with akimbo amps
After seeing this Easter egg, I can confirm that Outbreak NEEDS more Easter eggs like this if they're not going to give us a decent selection of round based maps. The only challenge outbreak really offers otherwise is the ridiculous amount of bosses they'll spam at you past Difficulty 5.

If you farm enough and considering this is outbreak it’s easy too you can have two gold pap 3 weapons before wave 5. Which is what I had. I’ll also recommend the stoner with shatterblast and streetsweeper with turned which is what I used. Stoner shreds the hoards from afar and destroys the armor super quickly. Then once you break the armor pop an aether shroud and go in quickly with the streetsweeper to break an orb should take less than a second. Having turned on your sweeper helps to destroy the mimics and tempests that spawn and even convert one on to your side to distract and thin the hoard. Shatterblast for a quick stun and armor break on the panzers and manglers. While frenzied guard is super op and you only have one use and if you die once in the silo on it’s really hard to come back from that. So having the backup is why I’d recommend shroud. I beat my boss with over 5 minutes remaining so the timer while stressful really isn’t an issue.

If you look at the three lights under the launch buttons it will actually tell the order you need to press them in depending on which one of the three lights is lit green.

i just beat this solo today, your video helped with the t3 m16 and t3 raygun setup. still, it proved to be a challenge- probably the hardest easter egg treyarch has pulled. 👍

Since you can switch field upgrades, using Aether shroud with the movement speed upgrade really helps with the launch sequence step.
It not needed. You can do it without it. I'd save it for the stairs. But yeah aether shroud is how I beat it solo lol.
Just charge your aether shroud twice and have 2 monkeys with you when you do the crystal step. The boss fight isn't as hard as people say it is.
Just make sure you have aether shroud ready, break his chest plate. Pop aether shroud and destroy the orb. Repeat for the next two. They give you so many zombies too recharge your field upgrade, I save the death machine for recharging your shroud. I notice everyone waste like half the ammo shooting legion while he's invulnerable.
Should update:
The silos A, B and D are random however you can figure out the order the keys go in by looking at the console where you put the key there are 3 lights, 2 red and 1 green and green is the place it goes in order. So if A was green on left light it's 1st and if D is green on center light it's 2nd etc. Should make it much easier instead of trial & error method

8:23 The projector location for sanatorium is wrong, is not in the same building where the monkey was. It's on the identical building but more north of that one. Even in other guides is wrong, I tought it was bugged.

I died after getting my second key in the silos :( I don't feel anything and have become dead inside. On a lighter note, thx Ch0pper!! Your guides are always fun to watch and easy to understand. I'll for sure be giving this another shot soon!

@@jacobgomez-gregory9182 3 attempts i've done in the last 3 days. Attempt 1 took me five hours and I died during the launch sequence. 2nd attempt died on the boss. 3rd attempt I got near the end of the boss until he one shot me and all my armor and health. It's not hard just really time consuming and very disheartening if you spent hours knowing you have to do it all again :(
@@crickcrackcricketycrack5501 it really is. Especially if you want to get as much a head start as you can by going through each of the maps 100% I started just muting everything to play some music to help pass the time
Tried it couple of months ago, failed at the boss, fast forward to this past week, 6 tries and dead on last orb every run, i’m one try away from just taking a dive from the balcony 🥲
Yo everyone, use the M79 to take off the armor for the boss. It SHREDS and makes it incredibly easy to take him down; it does 9.5k damage per shot. Just wrecks him

I just have a hard time aiming the shots right at his weak point though
i got the ray-k round 2 and triple packed it mimics where no problem it made it so eazy

I've heard that the key console order is visible via the console. There are a serious of three lights on each, two red one green. If the first light is green, that's the first key, if the second is green, enter that key second, and if the third key is green, well, you get the idea
Tip: shoot the essence trap with the monkey inside and the key will drop

The Fara is a beast in OUTBREAK even though they just lowered the bullet count it holds 82 bullets a clip, but does alot of damage n really takes out the elites quick n im in round 6...
For the 3rd key: once u have captured the monkey you can shoot the device and the last key will drop from it. So in what spot u capture the monkey doesn’t matter that much. Cheers!
did it first try, take your time with getting setup and keys, use monkey bombs and hip-fire his chest to keep most of your movement speed, even with hipfire you should be accurate
also frienzied guard is awesome in this

I found aether shroud more useful than frenzied guard. It doesn't repair your armour, but it at least keeps the mimics out the way, you get 2 charges and it recharges much quicker I find

m16 and houer is the best combo i would say im a average zombs player i did it first try its not to har juist u have to avoid the zombs in the boss fioght the biggest problem i had was not ahving armour
There's no way I'm going to beat this solo. I wish I had more friends that are experienced zombie players😭😭😭 I really only have 1 friend that plays zombies with me and to be honest, he's horrible lol.

Thoughts on using Ather Shroud? U get two charges max Lv and no undead can touch you so u can focus The Tempest also brain rot I think 4 can turn big zombies (Mimic Mangaler etc exept boss like megaton)

Trying to get more tips for this solo I have no problems until I get to the very last step I have not ever had this much trouble with a zombies easter egg this is by far the best and hardest easter egg I've ever done 2nd would be gorod krovi I just love that they made easter eggs with a solo option I can never find enough players to finish one

My highest level on outbreak is level 35 so was confident I can do it solo, I just got to the final boss and failed. All that time and I failed 😂

Great video. I'm gonna try the M16 now. Also, I found that the monkey will go to the essence trap if you throw it on the ground. Easy pick up that way.

Finally tried this egg for the first time guide was super helpful the only thing that was different for me was the step to shoot the monkeys I didn't have to shoot them all for the slide got it on the first monkey (didn't know that's a thing I thought you had to shoot them all) but overall great guide first ever attempt at this egg had to do solo because I have crappy internet made it all the way to the jellyfish with the canister but couldn't figure out how to use it and got wrecked from all sides on the stairs
I watched Noahj try to do it solo live and it made It seem damn near impossible but after watching you do it I feel like I can do it with my eyes closed

U helped me so much with this. Although m16 didn’t stand up I took akimbo amp’s but solo gosh felt so nice. I was downed and then lost everything but had one shard so I popped my frenzy and unloaded and I was prolly a second or 2 from just dying and he did 😅live challenge boss fights like this or Valentina
Dude. Frost Blast plus M16/brain rot absolutely decimates the mimics! Frost blast is great for the come up, but once you get to the boss fight Id probably go with frenzied guard. I died on the boss fight
I got the beacon listening device from killing my 3rd Orda in level 4 or 5. and with luck, and taking my sweet time, i had my KRIG6 to legendary before i moved to round 3. ( just working on camos , not easter egg ).
the "fire:" crystals are insanely hard some rounds, while others, like Alpine, were so easy i was like " wait what ? i got it?".
cant get Duga or Golova.. pattern ?? and the indicator on the map "Lies" as to location, many times its above you, and indicator shows same level.
Big freaking glitch-- Orda fight, Duga.. i think level 4 ? hopped in a chopper.. chopper went down under the map within seconds..
thought i screwed up somehow, built another chopper, deployed.. nope. went right down UNDER the map, totally useless, in a few seconds.

I did this solo first time. Ty 4 the guide btw, Yes I'm a veteran and pretty good I must say and I'm still haven't beaten Mephis solo or with my mates so there's no argument

@@jfd381 I did with frenzy guard too but I was thinking that aether shroud could be just as good. What I DO recommend is the mp63(i believe its called) dual pistols those things melt anything including the orbs and the boss
The most frustrating thing about the ee is how you need 2 hours just to set up...

During my best solo offline run-throughs on Outbreak, I can usually have a tier 2 PaP and tier 1 PaP, with at least one of them on the tier 2 damage by the end of round 1. Setting up is not my problem. Knowing what I need to trigger the EE is what I'm looking for.
If your Playing offline You can't do easter eggs
My game crashed on my first attempt when I got to the keys. But my second time I died. I tried using the chopper gunner and I feel like I would have been better off death machine. I also wasn't able to get ahold of any wonder weapons this play through. Where as in the other attempt they were spitting rayguns, rai k, and die machine. Like all in the same box or baddie even. Will say this. M79 law maxed out with PhD slider and shatterblast. Fire shroud for when you're in a pinch
You see, I was watching some other video, and the clueless ass guy didn't tell me I could shoot the monkey to switch its location, mine was at the top of the ceiling same spot and I didn't know I could shoot it, ended up getting the device stuck on the wall as it was way too high for me to grab even with a parachute lol had to quit the game and I spent about an hour trying to figure out how to fix it, BIG FUCKIN THANKS TO YOU NOW IK WHAT TO DO 🙏🙏🙏🙏😂!
yo chop I keep getting really bad crashes sometimes it force closes the app and sometimes it just freezes and I gotta do a system reset. it hasn't happened till this update and my files seem to be good. I play PS4 heard anything ab this?
Jesus fuck balls. This was my first try and made it to the boss. Then he bent me over and proceeded to have his way with me. Doesn’t help I went down while in a ether shroud.

I’m still not fast enough and I run aether shroud and I shit you not one time did a zombie drop a monkey and I usually also run stims
I'm a hardcore zombies player and this is the first time I'm struggling in a zombies EE... it's just really impossible. If you're gonna make the boss that beefy, at least give us more time or remove the time limit. On round 5 of outbreak most of the zombies are armored and they take like 3 bursts of a fully papped legendary M16... we just need to wait for the next map. They'll release the new upgrades and double tap and only then the game will be playable.
The fact that the boss is timed is impossible to solo
it isn't you just got to be quick and efficient. i got it done with about 2-3 minutes left wit an Rpg

This is the first video on this channel to watch the outbreak ee guide bc other yet like mr.waffle, noahj456( who didn’t have the vid about the outbreak ee guide) and other zombies don’t have enough idea to find what you need in a different spot but this vid help me out a little with the radio spawn, the monkeys locations and how to do the keys but imma have to do the ee maybe myself bc my mic won’t work on the series 2 controller on Xbox idk why but I give a try on solo and thx for the vid 👍

I think there is a glitch on Alpine. I have destroyed all 3 monkeys and haven’t received the slides. I also couldn’t find a projector for them in the lodge. I’m afraid if I warp to the next location I might mess up the Easter Egg

Great video... Just curious on the use of the Ray gun as been told that if you go into this boss fight with any wonder weapon you'll get a lot more elites in the hordes so a bit confused as to why lots of people use the Ray gun specially when the damage it causes isn't that great on the Legion?!?
Are there any steps on the maps added in later or are we just supposed to flip rounds until we get back to the main ones?
I'm doing my 4th attempt rn and I have a really good setup on round 3 (legendary m16 and epic gallo both double packed) and I accidentally pressed warp instead of respond 🤦♂️
Skipping on co-op actually can make a lot of sense. Speed run to round 3 then bleed out u get a purple weapon n 15k.
Not sure if anyone has already mentioned this, but there are three lights on each launch terminal that tell you the order of the launch sequence.
