This is brilliant!! There are some errors in the English translations (learners of English take note) but the objective here is Japanese and this is an excellent resource for that.
Thanks for this video always helpful to have these condensed vocabulary list with sentences but even better that you have such great energy when doing them. I watched a lot of N5-3 list and I start getting sleepy after about 100 but not this one. I would suggest that if you plan to do more of these in the future break them up into a 100-50 word video so they are easier to remember. ありがとうございます先生。
The gestures help a lot and are so funny! I hope there are more videos like this to help people at a disadvantage for materials! Thanks Nihongo no Mori~
GOOD, these videos are perfect to learn. If you know a lot of japanese from book/anime/study, its best to just skip n5-4 and jump straight to n3 to complete your vocab.
Thank you for including English summaries of each point. So many Japanese language youtubers don't bother with this and it makes their content functionally useless for anyone who doesn't already know it. But this is good! Would be good to have even more examples for each word as not all have a very definite or consistent usage...
Am i the only one that sees that and thinks: "Wait, there is english?!" After nihongo no mori lessons i took Yuka-sensei speaking only japanese for granted :D
Not like this as far as I have seen this is mainly a N3 and below channel. I did see that they have some n1 vocabulary series but not structured like this video.
I think example 4 is not quite right. 空いている席を探す。-> I'm LOOKING FOR an empty seat. Example 8: 家族に会えて安心した。Here there is a pronoun missing in the translation, also the time is wrong and it is missing the potential form. Maybe it should be something like: After being able to meet my family, I felt relieved. Example 9 is also not translated too well :-) It almost sounds like a line from a slave-trade movie. :-) Maybe: "No charge for pre-elementary school students" would be a better translation? Example 16: got hurt is not correct here, because nothing really happened to it. Should be "began hurting", I suppose. Example 17: I check my homework after finishING IT. Example 25: Here the translation makes it sound like you can't go on a party that lasts for three weeks. :-) 31: I'm going to BE absent from the wedding ceremony. 37: Just "The car broke down." If you go with "had", then it would be brokeN. 41: "I graduate" or "graduating" 51: Same problem as with example 4. find is 見つかる, but you are still 探している... 53: "I have" instead of "I''m" 59: The verb is succeed, as in: I think he'll succeed. ( he'll success is batsu :-) ) although one could say he'll be A success, ね ;-) 65: should be plural. I.e. "I respect senior colleagues in my company who ARE good at THEIR job." Ran out of Japanese practice time for today, so I'm stopping at 65 :-) Anyway, great job as always! Thank you!
Learn hiragana... for me it's too much that every kanji is transcribed with hiragana because it makes one's eyes lazy and you don't even bother to learn that, organise your study properly!
