I would say it is different from here for sure, but I guess rude people can happen anywhere.
I once went for an ultra sound, had to drink 1,5 litters of water and hold it in for almost and hour, cause they made me wait for 30 minutes, and the ultra sound nurse was pressing hard on my stomach, telling me I should have drink more water cause she couldn't see anything and that I was weak! The nerve of that lady!!
I hope that once Covid settles, your next experience will be better.
