Attention all students applying to German universities! In this video, I have breaking news on the APS certificate application process. The German embassy has announced that they will be reducing the processing time and increasing staff to help students get their APS certificate faster. In addition, critical applicants who are near the deadline will be given preference.

TUM and many Universities like Goethe are rejecting applications if we don’t have APS at the time of application. I applied on 4th March but there’s no update. I email APS , cced German embassy but no response. I tried writing to the uni also that since my intake is wise23 please allow me to submit APS during enrolment but they have refused. I’ve a decent GPA of 1.5 but due to APS delay I’m worried if my application will even be considered. Any suggestions what to do since application deadline is in 4 weeks?

It has been more than 6months I've applied for APS. Still, there isn't any update. In 10 days it'll be 7months. 😢

I had one doubt, suppose I am applying for my APS Certificate today for winter sem, which most probably I will get after 4 weeks, so can I apply to universities via uni-assist right now or do I have to wait for my APS certificate to come? First the thing is it you would be really lucku if you receive the APS certificate in 4 weeks as generally students are waiting for around 6 months. Now the main thing is there is no point in waiting for the APS certificate. Just apply to the universities without the APS certificate and by the time you get the admits you would have APS certificate or else you could defer the admission. In that way you could kill two targets with one arrow. :) ❤️

Hello! the video was quite informative. But I have a genuine issue and I don't know where to find an answer to it. I hope you have a solution to it. So, I first applied when Bsc was 'ongoing' but due to website issues, payment got cancelled. Now I am applying again but I have to edit my application before re-initiating payment as my bachelor's is completed. However, I'm not able to edit the education section to edit my bachelor's as 'completed'. But when I click update, it says enter new aadhaar number or passport number. I mailed the APS authorities twice but no response. How should I deal with that?
My application was delivered to the APS office on March 6th. What is the expected timeline since I haven't even received the payment verification mail and I am sure my documents were in order? Also, I have an admission from RWTH Aachen University for summer intake, and they have acknowledged me, saying that they have informed the APS office.

After posting this video and new guidelines they should officially take 1 month since Summer intake classes will start in few days most probably you should be their first priority. I wasn't sure about the payment options so i checked directly on website and my account was created. But at last I missed online payment option, cash deposited the amount in the bank account of aps as it is directly transferred and posted the documents on 15 june. I have my college beginning from 11 sept. I urgently need aps but didn't get what should I do to get one.

It will be 2 months this 8th after my documents have reached the Indian German Embassy. I know that mailing them multiple times won't help. So I haven't mailed them ever. But should I mail them now since it's been 2 months and I haven't received my Payment Verification yet? Also since I want to apply in the winter semester, I had mailed almost all the universities but few won't be accepting the uni-assist document without APS. I'm really confused as to what shall I do now.
Dont worry...Email them (APS - but don't expect them to reply, they will read your email)set the priority of the mail IMPORTANT add email tracker (extension) ... and cc Embassy + Tell them the dates of your applications informatively (if you want to apply for Wint. semester) . Keep checking if they read your email or not via Tracker. I hope you will received the payment verification otherwise it is very important for you. Regarding non-acceptance, apply in the last week of all the application ;most probably you will receive the APS document by then.But even if you don't recieve you apply give it a shot, it worked for me might for you too...(You got what I mean/sometimes they can be flexible for APS while enrolment and after getting admits )Subscribe if you like and for more update :)

2. Yes, might be. some Uni are also charging to email the APS. But in that case APS team will call you or email you for the same.
I have paid the fee and sent the documents via corrier in the first week january. And still i haven’t got any update from the aps side. Should i do the same again ie, sent the documents again? Due to this i just defer the semester to next intake😢
I think the first option is to check the courier (that APS body has received or not) if it is received then email them + use Email Tracker along mention the dates in which you have applied and didn't even receive the payment confirmation. If your post has not been received then only post again... (Emailing with the tracker is most imp. as you at least know if they are reading or not) Subscribe for more or if you like it.
As I heard from my consultant that diploma students can not apply for Studienkolleg from now onwards. So can you answer about that ?

I applied for APS certificate 3 months ago and still I don't have any update about it. Not even payment status is updating.
Write an Email to them with a Email Tracker along that mention the dates in which you have applied and if you have classes this summer semester then mention specifically that you have urgent classes starting. Use tracker if they read your email or not also. Also, ask your university side if they got any email by chance. But most important see the video, if it is not urgent for you... it is okey for the delay and try to use this time to check all the universities and courses. Believe me it will help. Stay positive.

Hi, I have applied for APS in december but due to some misunderstandings, I couriered the documents in feb which caused a bit of delay, so when can I expect to receive the APS certificate since I have not yet received my payment verification mail, also I received admit from TUHH and I will have to join by september first week. wow brilliant question. They might have some criterion / checks as it is in direct association with the German Embassy. Embassies have their own ways of working and doing their checks too...

Once you receive APS certificate... that's it. You will never go back to that office again for life time. You are done. Get APS certificate and apply for visa. I had applied on dec 6 for aps certificate. Payment matching mail came on March 28. Actually my classes will start on April 14. What should I do to get the aps certificate as soon as possible. I have mailed so many times through contact form but they didn't give any reply.
Put a last Email with a Tracker along mention the dates in which you have applied and mention specifically that you have urgent classes starting. I applied on Jan 5th, Docs reached on Jan 10th. It is almost 5 months. Got my payment verification on the website only on the 25th of April. I haven't received any mail. I tried mailing APS, it is of no use. Is there something I can do?

Hi kapil, My brother's semester started on 1st April but he received the payment confirmation on 31st March that means he would receive the certificate in upcoming days but however his university is now telling him to join in Winter sem though he has already signed his study contract. We are requesting the Uni to extend the period a little bit but even if they do help will there be a problem of Visa rejection ? Kindly help😊
There are two things one is good and other is bad... the bad thing is It isn't a great news there is nothing in his hand. However the good thing is your brother is not alone... so the embassy would understand your concern and there is little to no chance of visa rejection probably they will issue visa from the upcoming days whenever the APS Certificate is issued or whatever the embassy checks are over or they will give visa starting from the Winter term. Now winter intakes are more lively as they are the major intakes and your brother will have more people around rather summer sem where there are very few vacancies. I hope this helps. I have a doubt regarding filling in my last name in the APS application form.
My last name on all my mark sheets and Aadhar card is K (my initial) whereas my passport and IELTS have my surname/last name as Kathirvel (my father's name). My doubt is, which last name should I use to fill out the APS application form?
I think (I might be wrong) the best solution is change the aadhar card name to Passport (since there is no way to change passport name ) and hence fill everywhere with passport name and make an afadavid with the help of a lawyer saying mark-sheet person is same as the passport name person. If you are applying from India, you won't get Visa until you have APS certificate. Good thing is you can defer admission without APS in that way you get guarantee that you will study in that course.You have to apply for APS at all cost. I hope it is clear or let me know .Follow for more :)

APS India se Germany saare students k liye mandatory hai jo bhi student status se jata hai. You need visa and for visa you need APS now. Apply kro APS certificate k liye jaldi se jaldi... I already have a very important video on it. Also, VFS se you can't book appointment for Visa unitil you write your APS certificate number. You have to follow for more... it is important for you
One very good example is like I have admission letter of 15-20 English courses. But there is no point of getting visa unitl I show APS certificate to the Embassy. Good Luck :)

@@KapilPrasadThapliyal I have read in the checklist that the provisional degree certificate cannot be older than 1 year. My classes got over last year March. Even if I apply for provisional it will take around 15 days for me to get the certificate. So the only option I have is to apply for Aps at the end of this month. I had applied on dec 6.I didn't get aps certificate yet. Could you please tell me , how to email them and embassy? I messaged through contact form but they didn't reply me.
In the above comment use the tracker... Although all you can get atleast for now is that they are reading your email. Just cc the embassy you can write to APS but you can just make sure they are reading the emails. Also, the other way could be asking the Indian university if they atleast got the email from APS for your verification... something like that... Subscribe for more important updates :)

For Master application APS is not required at the time of Admission process

One of the temporary option which might work is talk to some good professor and tell him that his 5 min can save your career and ask him to talk to the registrar if it is a bribe case Indian already know what to do...
