In every video I’ve seen it always talks about imagination. That it is the thing that allows us to get success. But what about aphantasia? By definition I am someone that can’t imagine. And that includes my dreams. I don’t know what I can do if the root of success is something I don’t have access to.
I’m real good at creating negative experiences. How do I turn things around when I cannot muster hope any longer. I am trapped in the prison of my own mind.

Question: When we speak of "vibration" and "frequency," what exactly is vibrating? What exactly is occurring at X cycles per second? How do we quantify this?
Energy is vibrating at a certain frequency
With modern vibration sensors you can actually measure it somewhat. I work in this field and what these things can pick up is amazing. Idk about things being made of vibration, but everything has one.
