I am so frickin' happy this comic will never be canon for the most important reasons: even if the government got involved with the mutants and wanted to cut up their brain, there's no way that Mikey and the others wouldn't use their mystic powers within a week if not in 2 or 1 day to find Donnie after his disappearance. Kmowing Mikey, he would be successful immediately with how much he can worry for his family and there's no way they would stay this calm and laid back when 1 of them is missing.

I just watched this a second time and, funny thing, it looks like they’re only after Leo and Mikey.
At 17:08, Mikey and Leo are the center focus of the computer screen, while April and Baxter(?) are on the sides. Raph’s not even there.
AND at 19:32, when Raph is running with Leo and Mikey, they say “Unknown has targets.” If they labeled Raph as unknown that means he’s not a target.
Aaaalso, this goes without saying, but Leo and Mikey are the main focus of the front screen.
I’m sure a lot of people already noticed this, but I find this kinda intriguing.
BTW I recommend playing shredders suite when the part where the lair is attacked happens specifically when the alarms go off part it is a better placement and it reminds me of the 1990 movie
