I can tell the reason why this titan is just called rook because it has a bulky appearance like the chess piece, and its ability allows the titan to hover for a few seconds and dashes towards the enemy like how the rook captures one of it's opponents pieces.

Oh wait you're right that's the special moves name I'm just referring to how the move behaves like capturing a piece since it does damage to one or more enemies.

At 3:20 I just realized something. If a rook launches towards something thats flying high, it can technically fly across the biggest maps with ease, as it normally has a slight downward angle when using the castle ability on nothing. This makes it the fastest robot in the entire game!

Oh hell no remove that suppression on the rook and lower its HP by 10% and give that HP buff of 10% to the Arthur and the ao ming

i have an karuka aether. If you use karuka aether in an online match expect to win or lose. But when encountering a distracted rook titan, you could simply fly above, and bombart the titan. Even if your being targeted you can actually still kill it if the user is not experienced enough or just fly above. Very simple, it also cant use it's regenerating ability sooooo, ofcourse you have a 80% chance of winning. Mine uses a 2x alpha weapon that can regenerate you (20% of the damage dealt will heal you) i forgot it's name, and also a normal evora, with ofcourse one of the best titan pilots.

If those shields are fully replaceable, nerf their hp by 50-60 percent

That rook is something the way it repairs itself and put his shields back on pixonic really out done themselves.

Where was the mighty Kid???? Some of the Titan Names are wrong too. And this test is showing only the sonic weapons. Try it with the freeze rockets and there will be a different outcome.

Я считаю что за лучадора отыграли не верно! лучадор может разнести rook!! Нужно прыгать вверх но не стрелять! Щит сдержит много урона, когда rook и лучадор приземлиться вот тут и нужно включать щит и расстреливать всю обойму. Урон в таком случае будет максимальный и рук упадет! А ещё мне не понравилось что у лучадора звуковые пушки обычные а не элитные +5% каждая. Это очень большая разница! 5% на одной, 5 % на второй, ничего себе ослабление. Rook конечно очень мощный танк, я с этим не спорю, мощные щиты на 360° которые регенирируют, сам по себе он очень жирный по HP плюс взлетает и прыгает на дальнее расстояние, так что ближайший к нему противник это лучадор, а тут такой разброс по действиям и урону что не справедливо

You use a 2 stellar Evora on the rook titan and 1 normal Veyron but on other titan have no 2 stellar Evora and also you use a mother ship on one of the titans

Something not right, I've killed 3 rooks thus far with my indra. I guess my build is ultimate along with my skills.
Did you ever manage to check the level of the rooks/what they were using? I know for a fact that certain modules and weapons have an ungodly amount of difference in the outcome of a battle.
This video is pointless unless the purpose was to show off what a veyron weapon set can do. The titan itself is a platform with with various abilities to prolong the survival of the weapon turrets on it. In that respect I think this video is grossly misrepresenting the abilities of the Titans opposing the rook. Recent rebalancing (more like unbalancing) has turned rook into a titan version of the ochokochi. Before the updates rooks physical armor was not so inflated as to require 5 seconds of sustained firing to penetrate. It already had a decent armor compared to other titans and it's main ability was dive bombing a target with an AOE attack and healing itself by discarding armor and then renewing its physical armor defence so you had to take time to penetrate it again. That AOE attack and healing was plenty powerful abilities but adding the higher armor defence capacity with an update essentially turned it into a cheat titan. Now it has three abilities as compared to 2 for other titans: it is invincible enough to take 5 seconds of sustained firing from multiple robots with no damage, it can devastate an area with multiple enemies with a fast travel dive bomb AOE attack and it can literally heal itself back to full bar minus grey damage and a full invincible armor defence if given just 5 seconds of breathing room. If there was any titan that needed a massive nerf it's this one!
