- I read many comments on video "Sungha Was On TV!" requesting english subtitles.
So, I made a english subtitled version of that videos for all fans who want to know more about him.
I am also a korean amatuer guitarist who loves Sungha and his musics.
I'm not a native english speaker, so there may be poor grammar. Sorry for that. ^_^
Thanks to his father who gave him a guitar toy at the first time.

The video says he is 10 years old in this interview in a local Korean program. But we know that the way Koreans count age, they add one or two years to the actual age so Sungha is only 9 years old in this video. Probably even 8.
It might be because in Korea and China, they go by the lunar calender, so they count their age as 1 year ahead of the year they were "officially" born. My Chinese age is 23, but in America, I'm legally 22.

@sean0897 NO! In this video, he is 10yr old. Got to remember, that he was born in 1996, so this video is from 2006.

Well, in this video he's around 10, which means he had been playing for more or less a year when this was taken. :P As of now, he's twelve years old with three years of experience. Hope that helps.

@Frequent2001 they're in the subway station b/c that's where sungha's guitar club have their activities.... so background noise is inevitable
