Excellent framework for value creation Lee. I like the term you use here as holistic value creation. Combining material dimensions with the emotional and spiritual dimensions just makes sense. I think we get biased toward the material value creation because the rewards tend to be more tangible for most. The real value is in the balance of each. This needs to be shared with a wider audience.
