  • First, identify your output-based exercises. These are the exercises you know you can do well. This is your time to load up and go heavy.
    Second, classify your other exercises as skill-acquisition exercises. That means you need to prioritize technique above everything else. Only after you've mastered technique and you're fundamentally sound do you start adding serious weight.

    I'm 31 and adopted this mindset at 30...I feel better than ever ALL the time. Narrowed down what I call "golden egg" movements lol. One's that I connect to the best, grow from the most and have the least chance of injury. Couple in there for some ego too, ya know, for the soul 😁
