How to Catch a Kingfish on a Kayak ! (Part One: Live baiting)

Hi guys,
This would my first instructional video for everyone who watches our
channel..!
I know that most people are already quite experienced and know
what to do, this video is for people who are still new to targeting Kingfish
on the kayak ! or if you're just curious on how I do it, then by all means enjoy! :)
There will be a part 2 on Jigging,
I will be making with Miles and will be quite comprehensive
as Jigging would be our preferred method.

Awesome video, please do more of these educational ones! Do you recommend a particular spin reel to target kingfish off the kayak (what sort of drag would you need)? What length of rod? Lastly, do you have a preferred jig weight & colour - if so, what brands/types do you like? Thanks for your videos again and you got a new subscriber from me ;)

Do you just drop the live bait mid water, no balloon and do you use a weight at all?

Hi, no i dont use balloons and sometimes will use a sinker if trolling around the deeper reef , for shallow harbour no sinker for me !

Great video, love the stealth, how do you get the hatch to hold open

You can fit the edge of the lid under the edge of the hatch and will hold its position ! Little bit hard to explain but will be doing a video ok the kayak soon so i will def demonstrate it on there !!!
