I think its keratinized for which its white in colour and cauliflower like shape with very small finger like projections. I want this lesion to be surgically removed. If u want to join in defence on contractual basis u have a option of joining ECHS in ex-serviceman defence hospital, but u will be working as a civilian for 2-3 yrs and won't get any rank.

Mds is different . Army job is different .if u get 1 st rank suppose, u can join mds in a college and ul do mds, but if u join army with that rank, ur as a bds serving the army and ul get salary but u wnt do any studoes for mds in army....

That i m doing my internship from a private college though I have done patients but not that much like government students do and due to this coronavirus lockdown, I have also missed my some postings..... So will i be able to get to learn the basics in army like under guidance or i have to straight away start doing the patients like private dentists all alone.....
