The demos for the next HEXVHS EP, tentatively titled "Bury You Here With Me" began right after I had finished recording "Take the Pain with Me" in the Summer of 2023. I had over a dozen demos recorded. Then had my windows install eat itself (I use GNU/Linux for everything except VR and recording), then recording equipment issues and THEN the holidays hit.
Thus I've decided to re-record and release each song one by one.
This is the first release of the eventual EP I suppose.
The original demo was much slower and closer to a Gothic rock song with only the chorus being heavy. It became a more Industrial metal sounding thing. The best laid plans I suppose....
