I love it...but if the Vaseline repelled elements ink when you brushed it on, why did it not repel ink from the word stamp on top? Do you have to wash your brushes now in warm, soap and water to get any Vaseline off that might have transferred to the brushes when going over the Vaseline? Would watermark ink give the same effect? Please instruct me, I would love to know before I try it.

Exactly my concerns! But it's a wonderful card and I would love to try this technique. Thanks Amanda for showing us!
The blending ink is waterbased. The stamping ink is versafine, oil based... thats why she could stamp over it.
