We just returned from a weekend stay at JW Marriott in Muskoka. The spa was booked entire day on Saturday so we were forced to make reservations on Sunday. It was so disappointed in that they advertised so much their hydrospa but they drained the indoor hot tub and the jacuzzi outdoor wasn't working . We were looking forward to enjoying the spa amenities, and we're so disappointed. Our team consisted of 3 persons spending cdn$1608.
The steaks in Chophouse were bland and not to the standard and the veal steak was tough.
It doesn’t look too busy. Do you know what capacity the resort was at?
hey, i think the hotel imposed some limitation for the nos of ppl but i can say it is a very safe hotel. They sanitized everything especially the kayaks :)
