@@thekungfuintellect Well it's because i have a problem with my pelvic floor, where i can't get breath out to the side or into the pelvic floor. And when i breath it's like my organs are pushed down and put more pressure on the pelvic.
I can't breathe properly, also have trouble with movement, not just mine, and dealing with communication problems . Its not an internal problem but an external one. I also have old spinal fractures, that at present external factors are beyond problematic I found this and your other video helpful. The other video on standing meditation it helps me to understand what is going on in the body, and why this can be so difficult or impossible at times for me to do. I also would like the ignorance to go about the spine, why people can have problems is because spines at times are not strong enough to support what is expected of them. That over time can be disastrous and you can end up in my situation, which you end up finding you are on your own, because you realise people don't have a clue. I just want to be able to breathe, move and communicate again in a healthy way.
Sorry to hear about your ailment. I'm not a medical doctor or even medical student but studying this out of my own curiosity and desire to understand so please don't use it to diagnose any medical issue. I'm happy you find it interesting though! Hope you are able to find a way to rehabilitate.
@@thekungfuintellect No I don't use this to diagnose, but I use it to understand. If I write a comment it also helps me to process how I feel about my situation. Its not an ailment I deal with, it's being about disablement. Doctors can't do anything because they can't. There is no rehabilitation. So I have learnt about it, not just learn deal about it. When being disabled is your classroom and way of life. I am also not going to sit there and twiddle my thumbs about it. It's also about going from one thing into another. Learning comes from living. As does healing.
gonna circle back and study this anatomy lesson KFI... i think a student must master this pelvic anatomy to truly understand DAN TIEN...thank you
What exercises would be good for this problem? :)
It's not a problem. Changes in intra abdominal pressure is part of normal breathing.

I'd advise talking to a doctor about your symptoms.
