I have fine hair and tried this 100000 times it’s so heavy the flap is so thick and wide it’s nearly impossible to stay in. The weight of it when you get it in for the 2 mins gives me a headache then it slides out.

Just ordered Amazing Beauty Remy clip in wrap ponytail off Amazon and I googled how to put it in my hair. You're the only one I found on UA-cam with a tutorial. Thank you so much!! Following you now :)
Honestly it has took me since Christmas to get it right! You wanna make sure the clip is place firmly under the hair tie and then when you wrap the smaller hair piece round the pony make sure it’s as tight as possible then secure it with around 6 bobby pins or more depending on how heavy it is.

I have the same problem. I got a cheap ponytail extension with claw clip which works pretty great. I make a bun and put the the claw secured around it

Put your hair up in a tiny bun then put the clip in while upside down and wrap the hair around the bun it works well!
